Henry Ford's grandson retires

William Clay Ford Sr. has been a staple at Ford Motor Company, the company his grandfather founded, since 1948 has decided to step down from the board of directors post in May. His son, William Clay Ford Jr., is chairman of Ford. The Detroit News has a nice rundown of what Ford Sr. leaves as his legacy, from creating the Continental Mark II to buying the Detroit Lions to seeing his son run the company.
