Auto Express has gotten some shots of a design study that is being floated past the Audi powers-that-be that would bring back the classic Lamborghini name, Espada. The new Espada would be front engined and be powered by either the V-10 or V-12 and bring Lambo into direct competition with the Aston Martin DB9. The car is based on the new D4 platform that will underpin the next-gen Phaeton, A8 and Bentley Arnage. The concept is supposed to make an appearance as a concept sometime this year. The pictures at Auto Express make it look like one of those Firebird wagon concepts of the 70's.
