just let us know that Japan has just made the Honda FCX fuel cell vehicle road legal. There were some issues with the fuel cells and temperatures holding things back but with some recent improvements it looks like the Japanese will get to silently drive these suckers all over. The newly revised FCX has a range of 430 km (267 miles) and has a max speed of 150 kmh (93 mph). We're pretty sure they must already be street legal in New York since there are two of them leased to the state.
