Spyshots of the new Corvette Z06 have been popping up here and there on the internet for some time now, as Autoblog has previously reported. But this latest image and specs to surface, seems to have gotten GM's collective panties in a bunch. So much so that the Houston, Texas man who came across the images was supposedly paid a visit at his home by a pair of representatives from GM's contracted security firm, and several Corvette websites who had posted the images were contacted by GM to remove them. Basically, at that point in time if there was any question as to whether or not these images were real, I think it was answered by GM's actions.
