By the time you finish reading this story you'll sit back, mouth agape and wonder about the state of humankind. St. Petersburg, Florida woman Kathy Feaganes Allen (pictured here in a great screen shot from local TV) ran down three teenagers who unintentionally hit her SUV, leaving no marks, with a golf ball. They even apologized, an almost unheard of teenage act. Her retaliation was to run these kids down with her Chevy Blazer. Two are hospitalized, one in critical condition. Not surprisingly the driver is claiming mental problems led to the series of events and that her story is different than the surviving boys and witnesses. She says they threw rocks at her car. Which of course makes it OK to run them down.
