Concluding that his wife would need a wheelchair after contracting Multiple Sclerosis, Jerry Bowers, of Manteca, California, figured that he might as well give the ride some real power. Beginning with a worn-out three-wheeler engine, he completed a mildly tuned chair for her and decided to hit the high limits table for himself after falling in love during the test drive. The end result is this brutal looking dragster version with a blown Honda CBX 1000 equipped with nitrous oxide and good for nearly 210 horses. Complete with an air shifter and drag slicks, Jerry has commented that he's looking for some action from the Monster Garage with a Harley-based rail…rod…whatever. I can already hear the Utah Salt Flats Racing Association announcing, "All chairs of the Streamliner class must have enclosed wheels and tires."
