This story comes from the "bitter old man with too much time on his hands" file. An Oregon man, has gotten fed up with speeders tearing through his neighborhood, so he took matters into his own hands by constructing a decoy police cruiser from painted plywood. Apparently, the decoy has been so successful, he plans to market the the decoy patrol car to help slow down speeders in both city and rural neighborhoods. I can just picture the angry mob carrying torches and pitchforks heading towards his house now.
