The I35, which is really a Nissan Maxima rebadged in the most boring manner possible, has been voted off the proverbial island by Infiniti, since it's pretty much been replaced by the popular G35 sedan. The I35 didn't really fit in with Infin's product profile anymore— not only is it the sole front-wheel-driver in a lineup of all- and rear-wheel-drive vehicles, it's capable of inducing narcoleptic episodes from a distance of 1000 feet. The best sales year for the I was 2000, when 39,532 units were moved when Infiniti equipped each car with a year's supply of methamphetamines.
