If redesigning an aging, and extremely popular, platform wasn't enough, Daimler Chrysler will put its signature engine, a 5.7 liter 325-hp Hemi V-8, into the all-new 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The engine also features a Multi-Displacement System that turns off 4-cylinders when they're not needed, giving a 20 percent boost to mileage. A Hemi-less version will feature both the current 230-hp V-8 and 210-hp V-6.
