Truck-only lanes way of the future?

Does it seem like every time you get on the highway you're practically swarmed by gigantic 18-wheelers? Well you're not the only one and Congress is actually contemplating doing something about it. The number of semi-trucks could increase by 31% in the next ten years prompting those in the federal government to add Truck Only Toll lanes or TOTs (you have to love that it has its own acronym). Of course truckers are not too happy about being tolled for using the same roadways as everyday schmoes trying to get to work. These guys ARE at work.
