Let it be known: Subaru's new vehicle will be an XUV-style cross over vehicle along the lines of the BMW X3 and Volvo XC90. Subaru claims room for seven and a car-esque feel for the driver. They're sticking with the horizontally-opposed 3.0 liter boxer engine from the Legacy, which is problematic for the Euro market, since Subaru has no diesel variant of this powerplant. Not a single sketch or artist's impression is available at this time, which for me brews skepticism regarding any 2005 release date.
