Volvo is recalling a number of models due to faulty seat rails that may allow the passenger to slide the seat too far forward. According to the Swedish automaker, the mechanism was manufactured wrong, and if the passenger is seated too close to the dash, an injury may occur during an accident. According to the National Highway Transportation Administration, Volvo dealers will inspect the seat rails and fix the issue as necessary free of charge.
