To use his words, the car was "BOOKING up <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loveland_Pass">Loveland Pass</a>." The car in question, as you can see in the pretty shot above, is the Jaguar XF, which was likely undergoing high-altitude testing. Loveland Pass has an elevation of 11,990 feet. <br /><br />Many thanks to ScubaSteve for the photos, two more of which are in the attached gallery. Note the "GB" insignia drawn on the rear cladding by the cheeky engineers. Who needs oval country code stickers when a white grease pencil will do the job?<br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/spy-photos-jaguar-xf">Jaguar XF - spy shots</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/spy-photos-jaguar-xf/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/dscn1603ab_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/spy-photos-jaguar-xf/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/dscn1601ab_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/spy-photos-jaguar-xf/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/dscn1602ab_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/10/spy-shots-jaguar-xf-in-colorado/">SPY SHOTS: Jaguar XF in Colorado</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 10 Aug 2007 11:02:00 EST.
