The BMW X1 has been spied doing doing close-ups for some sort of video shoot in Germany. While the little guy could even be called cute in this photo, and the darker color does it tremendous favors, it's still a strangely proportioned little beast – like one of those cuddly-yet-awkward babies you see on Animal Planet.
