Hyperloop Transportation Technologies has signed a deal with the government of Slovakia to explore building a three-country Hyperloop.

Daimler's doing its level best to give a lot of people the chance to drive a Smart Fortwo. The ity car is the star of the company's car-sharing program called Car2go, which is expanding into Vienna this December and will, for the first time in the U.S., go all-electric in San Diego, CA this weekend.

We're quite used to seeing the Mini used as an "art" icon, whether it's covered with cow skin or drifting over water. Now it's time for underwear design company "Agent Provocateur" to show us theirs - as in a customized Mini Clubman dressed as a very special police car. Instead of throwing in a set of steak knives to clinch a big sales deal in Paris, advertising company JCDecaux has thrown in a low-cost bike rental service to seal a bus stop advertising contract. The service will allow people to pick up their ride from one of 1,450 planned bike stations across Paris using a credit card. Planned to be in operation by the end of the year, over 20,000 bikes will be available for residents to use in the city which has recently added bus lanes and widened footpaths
