With the new General Motors out of bankruptcy, the next big step for the 101-year-old automaker is to restructure its management to reflect the company's new direction, as well as its smaller size. General Motors Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner, who has been acting president of GMNA for over a year, has announced that Troy Clarke has been appointed to the position. Clarke has been president of GM Asia Pacific since 2004.
