Smart USA officials confirmed that the new Fortwo Cabriolet will be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month. We'll see the Brabus and Electric Drive models next year.
Smart has teamed with Swedish clothing firm WeSC to create the special edition Smart Brabus tailor (yes, another one), and it's scheduled to be revealed at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. It's powered by a 101-horsepower turbocharged gasoline engine and features a matte and high-gloss golden exterior from Brabus. The tailor-made Fortwo gets jet black alloys and a body kit.
America, baby, don't feel neglected. The smart fortwo is now a bit more passionate. The smart fortwo Brabus edition red debuted at the Paris Motor Show last month and these snazzy city hoppers are now available from smart dealers. The coupé costs £13,865 and the cabrio is priced at £15,610. The edition red also marks the end of the current model, with the new version coming in spring 2007.
