Carroll Shelby is celebrating his 85th birthday today in style with a 3-day party in Las Vegas along with dozens of Shelby owners and enthusiasts. Guests will be treated to a weekend of open track and drag racing at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, a parts swap meet, and a chili cook off. The event will also serve as the kick-off for production of the GT500 KR, as well as a reunion of Shelby Hertz Mustangs, both old and new.
