If we were to show you all the vehicles that saw coverage here on Autoblog over the past three days from the 2010 SEMA Show, you'd be looking at 105 (seriously!) thumbnail images below. We aren't going to subject you to all of that... instead, here are some highlights and lowlights from Las Vegas. Most of what you see here represents what we'd consider the best of the bunch, and mostly for obvious reasons. Plus, we added a few machines down at the bottom that fall into the exact opposite bucket... but you're free to disagree with our assessment, of course, in the Comments below.

We've showcased many of the major automakers' one-off customizations specifically for the tuner crowd here at SEMA, but the vast majority of the show is populated by companies specializing in technology, performance upgrades, and of course, wheels. After all, when it comes to beautifully designed supercars, why mess with success by adding a body kit or even more power when you can personalize your go-fast machine with a set of unique, eye-catching wheels.

That said, the SEMA show is chocked full of companies who will sell you incomprehensible amounts of custom wheels, and we've pointed out cameras at a slew of supercars riding on modified rollers. See the lot in our high-res image gallery, below.

Lingenfelter has a surprise tucked away for the visitors at this year's SEMA show. Sitting alone in a corner of the company's booth sits a near-production version of the LTA. Coated in orange and wearing one very awesome shaker hood, the car is a fitting tribute to Firebirds of old. Even those honeycomb wheels make us want to throw some Rush on the stereo and do smoky burnouts in the high school parking lot. That front splitter integrated into the fascia does look a bit cartoonish to our eyes, but hey, you certainly can't win them all.

Fortunately, the 455 cubic-inch engine should help you forget all about the funky nose with its 655 horsepower and 610 pound-feet of torque. Rapid acceleration will do that for you.

Behold the 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel "Black and Tan" - a seven-passenger machine built for what the guys and girls at Mopar call the "distinguished SUV enthusiast." We're not sure we'd ever put ourselves under that banner, but this mean-looking people-mover is absolutely our cup of tea. Riding on a set of Mopar lowering springs and some massive, 22-inch custom wheels, the Citadel is the rolling embodiment of understated aggression.

A scant few chrome accents are scattered around the vehicle, including the textured grille up front and the dual exhaust tips out back. Speaking of the exhaust, Corsa pipes help the engine breathe a little better. We're guessing they also give the Citadel a more commanding sound, too. Check it out for yourself in our gallery of live images.

Vaughn Gittin Jr., Ford and Need For Speed have officially pulled back the cover on the wicked RTR-X 1969 Ford Mustang. Built for both street and drift duty, this car started life as a brand-spanking new Dynacorn body. Under the hood, a Ford Racing 302R V8 spins to a heavenly 8,000 rpm, churning out 440 horsepower. Outside, the vehicle's drip rails have been shaved for a cleaner look and the windshield and rear windscreen both received the flush treatment.

Massive, one-off fender flares give this pony a little extra girth and cover a set of retina-melting green Work Meister wheels. Despite the radical look, the guys from Need For Speed say that the RTR-X is a fully functional monster and that Gittin Jr., himself, will be hopping behind the wheel for drift demos soon.

2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Off-Road Edition - Click above for high-res image gallery

Jeep covered its bases with two takes on the Grand Cherokee at this year's SEMA show, displaying both a "Lowrider" Edition and a globe-crushing Off-Road Edition. When we first heard that Chrysler was planning to shock Las Vegas with a frame-scraping iteration of the Grand Cherokee, we were a little baffled as to why the company would want to defang one of the most off-road capable SUVs out there by dropping it to the ground. But with custom 22-inch rollers made up just for SEMA and a unique front fascia, the Street Edition looks to sit no lower to terra firma than the stock model. Someone at Chrysler marketing needs to spend some time on Urban Dictionary.

Meanwhile, the Off-Road Edition politely book ends the other side of the SUV spectrum. Taller coil springs, 33-inch BFGoodrich tires and an arsenal of trail-ready armor all come along for the ride, and unlike its stage mate, Mopar skid plates, rock rails and tow hooks mean this GC actually lives up to its name. We dig.

Ram is gunning for the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor. The Chrysler pickup truck purveyor parked its Ram Runner under the spot lights at this year's SEMA show, and according to Pickuptrucks.com, the company plans to sell a kit to turn your very own Ram into the muddy beast you see above.

With suspension components from Kore and Fox Racing, wildly flared body work and a full safety cage inside, the goodies won't come cheap, but they should help the mighty Mopar keep pace with its Blue Oval competition. Look to spend around $11,000 for the suspension upgrades alone, but buyers should be able to snag some of the pieces a la carte.

If you're more interested in spending some time fishing or hunting, Ram also showed off its Outdoorsman. With a clever storage system for rifles or fishing rods, underbody protection for bumping around off road and a price tag that starts at $28,350, the truck is all you need to take home your next trophy.

What happens when tuners cast eyes on the Audi R8 is symptomatic of the basic and inherent awesomeness of the R8 proposition, both design- and driving-wise. See, there isn't much that happens on any tuned Audi R8 - all of them look like Audi R8s, maybe with a little more carbon fiber and a new set of wheels. There is simply nothing else to be done to it that could make it better, or, at least, we haven't seen it, and so almost all hyped R8s are known by their rims.

Stasis has joined that club, with an R8 Custom Spyder blessed with up to 7.5 psi of supercharger boost good for 710 horsepower, some suspension mods and a 20-inch set of its trademark wheels. An independent cooler keeps the supercharger chilled, and a lighter, more open exhaust runs out of larger tailpipes. It certainly looks good, and that's mostly because the R8 looks good on its own.

Of all of the high-dollar cars in Audi's first-ever space at SEMA, only the autonomous TTS was behind a barrier and untouchable. Pikes Peak dust still coated its antennas and inertial sensors, and the open hatch revealed just how much computer hardware is necessary to replace a human. Almost. There are details in the press release after the jump, and multiple views of both in the gallery of high-res photos below.

Talon Motors Invader - Click above for high-res image gallery

Three-wheeled vehicles are apparently back in vouge. Yesterday we told you that Morgan is reviving its classic Threewheeler, and now SEMA offers up a trike of its own. Talon Motors has unveiled its Invader, and we have to admit that the specs on it are pretty impressive. Much more so than Talon's last creation, the Street Quad.

Power for the Invader is provided in spades, thanks to a 1,300-cc Suzuki Hayabusa engine mated to a six-speed sequential transmission. The powertrain provides enough scoot to move this reverse trike from 0-60 miles per hour in under four seconds. Keep going and you'll eventually hit the top speed of 150 mph.

Those speeds require serious hardware to keep things safe, and the Invader delivers with a fully adjustable suspension setup. A set of cross-drilled Wilwood rotors and four-piston calipers quickly bring things back within legal limits.

Pricing for the standard Invader begins at $42,900, with a host of optional features being made available. Talon Motors isn't just stopping there however... the Invader builder has teamed up with former Van Halen front-man Sammy Hagar to produce a limited-edition signature series. The "Red Rocker" edition Invader will incorporate custom design elements created between Hagar and Talon Motors, and it will go on sale sometime in 2011.

Drop Top Customs T-Top Camaro - Click above for high-res image gallery

Let's face it - a Camaro just ain't a Camaro without T-Tops. Since the option surfaced on the cars in 1978, the split roof has defined Chevrolet's muscle car, but so far, GM has kept the fifth-generation Camaro conspicuously free from hot T-Top action. Fortunately, there's Drop Top Customs. The company showed off its own personal take on going to town on the roof of the mighty Camaro. For the low, low price of $6,500, you too can have your Camaro lightened of a little sheet metal, and Drop Top Customs says that the company will even bolt on a supercharger for a little extra pep should you feel the need. Fear not the structural rigidity, either. Each topped Camaro gets the same underbracing as the company's convertible conversions.

While the DTC Camaro is a sight to be seen, it's overshadowed by its Pontiac cousin, the wicked T-topped Firehawk Trans Am. If you're looking for buckets of win, you've certainly found it. While body-color inserts are the only available option right now, DTC says that smoked glass pieces are on their way.

One of our favorite parts of SEMA every year is seeing the Ring Brothers' latest creations, and they certainly didn't disappoint this time around. The Wisconsin-based company brought out a custom 1970 Ford Mustang fastback that is one of the most stunning pony cars we've ever seen.

The car, nicknamed "Dragon," features a Roush 427 IR V8 crate motor, five-speed Tremec transmission, Forgeline three-piece wheels, Flowmaster exhaust and a custom interior done by Upholstery Unlimited. The best part of the car, though, are the little details. For instance, the four point racing seat belts are held in place by a custom made billet jutting out from the rear seats, and many of the emblems and logos have been custom fabricated aluminum or carbon fiber. There isn't a single part of the car that hasn't been touched by the Ring Brothers' magical hands, and the results are nothing short of impressive. Check out all of the car's details in the gallery below.

Mazda MX-5 Miata Super20 - Click above for high-res image gallery

Both the UK and Europe got 20th anniversary edition Mazda MX-5s earlier this year, and we now have our own version... in concept form. Speaking to the same color and materials designer who gave us the skinny on the hip and evil Mazda2s, we were told that the brief with this one was to make the Miata a little tougher without going too hardcore. A hard top goes in the place of the canvas roof and the form is draped in dark gray speckled with gold metallic. The orange accents in the darker stripes are tuned to that metallic hue, and they are matched by the orange roll cage and orange contrast stitching inside. Other notable details are the suede inserts on the interior, the first-gen door handles, the reworked grille area sans Mazda's smiley face and a badge-less nose.

Under the hood is a reflashed ECU controlling a supercharged Cosworth motor, an ACT clutch, Mazdaspeed coilovers and shock tower brace, and Racing Beat hollow anti-roll bars. StopTech and SpeedSource throw in braking hardware behind 16-inch Enkei wheels on fat rubber. As for the chances of us anything like it in real life, you've heard this one before: "There are discussions..." Spy it yourself in the gallery of high-res photos below.

Mopar said it was out to do special things at this SEMA, and the evidence has been plentiful. Yet more proof of its urge to make a splash came with this, a Mopar Challenger effort with Rich Evans Design. In case you're not familiar with Evans' work, he's best known here for the love he once lavished on a Mustang a few years back.

It is clear in his Challenger build that he saved some of his love just for this moment. Have a look at the Mustang and then glance back at the Challenger - you'll recognize some old friends in places like the rear wing, side skirts, hood scoop and front splitter. And although it was given a place on a turntable in a highly visible corner, while the Challenger 392 and Charger Redline Concept sucked it up on the floor, this one won't be garnering any dubious awards. Feast upon it in the gallery of high-res photos below.

Last week, we showed you what happens when Madison Heights, Michigan-based Heide Performance Products tries to pay homage to the Pontiac Trans Am using the current Chevrolet Camaro as groundwork. The Trans Am, specifically, isn't what we'd call pretty, but it's nothing short of SEMA-spec and we're willing to bet that there are dozens of other Camaro-to-Trans-Am conversion kits lurking elsewhere on the show floor.

The yellow HPP Camaro, on the other hand, is decidedly more sedate, though still not really something we'd want to bring home. Check out both of these one-offs in our gallery of live images, below.

In an effort to raise awareness about our National Parks, the folks at Xplore Vehicles have teamed up with a host of sponsors to create a SEMA-worthy Toyota FJ Cruiser that's ready for the wilderness. The Xplore FJ employs a TRD supercharger, OME suspension, 17-inch BFG mud terrain tires, a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust, WARN winch and a whole slew of other exterior upgrades. Inside, the FJ is appointed with a Katzkin leather-suede interior with Xplore floor mats and a special dash plaque.

After it's debut at SEMA, the Xplore FJ will be auctioned off early next year with the proceeds being donated to the National Park Foundation. Learn more about this unique off-roader at Xplore's website, and see it from all angles in our high-res gallery below.

Just like it promised, Local Motors has come to the 2010 SEMA show with five ready-to-rock Rally Fighters. The crowd-sourced design is paying off, because LM says that another five should be done before we switch the calendar over to 2011.

On hand are the two prototype vehicles, known as Beta 1 and Beta 2, while the other three Rally Fighters represent the first vehicles going to customer homes. Jay Rogers, CEO of Local Motors, naturally scooped up the first example and he uses it as his daily driver. (Awesome.) The other two customer cars are going to face two very different lives; the one going to Jay Zuppardo and his family will be turned into a sand rail, while the other going to John Domolky will be used as a daily driver vehicle in his hometown of Boston. See them all for yourself in our high-res gallery below.

Wraptivo showed up at SEMA with two vinyl-wrapped masterpieces: a 2011 Honda CR-Z and a 2010 Nissan GT-R. In addition to the faux carbon fiber skin, the CR-Z hybrid wears a smattering of factory Honda aero pieces and aftermarket performance hardware. To give the hatch a little more pep, the Wraptivo crew threw in a supercharger system managed by a Hondata ECU and an easy-breathing exhaust.

Meanwhile, the sinister GT-R packs a set of custom powder coated Advan wheels and spacers from the crew at Fatlace. A set of KW coilovers gives the supercar its menacing stance, and the whole package is wrapped in the same high-end skin as the pint-sized CR-Z.
SEMA has created an award for Hottest Car, Truck and 4x4 at this year's show, and the honor is bestowed upon a specific model in each category, which are not only favorites of the various tuners and customizers in attendance, but are deemed by SEMA organizers as the most accessory-friendly new models on the market.

For the inaugural award, the SEMA heads have selected the Chevrolet Camaro, Ford F-Series pickup and the Jeep Wrangler. Hop the jump to read the full press release, and be sure to take a look at some examples of each winner in the galleries below.

This may be Audi's first year at SEMA, but that doesn't mean other tuning houses haven't worked up some four-ringed hotness just for the Vegas show. Stasis, for example, shows off its Signature Series S4 and S5 which get by with 'just' 410 horsepower and 370 pound-feet of torque from their supercharged V6s, otherwise normally rated at 333 hp and 344 lb-ft.

Stasis says the 25 percent boost in power comes from nothing more than an ECU tune and its own free-flow exhaust that uses "cross flow pulse scavenging technology." The wheels are pulled from the Stasis well, either 20-inches of lightweight, cast spokes or the same diameter in ultra-lightweight forged spokes. Together with the power and the Yokohama rubber, both cars are said to be capable of achieving 1.0 gs in the corners. Suspension and brakes get some love as well, and you can read about the full host of changes in the press release after the jump. While you're at it, scroll through our galleries below to se both the S4 and S5 under the SEMA show lights.

Bill Caswell is furiously welding away on his BMW E30 WRC bruiser turned Baja beast. As you may recall, the man among men famously stitched together a bottom-dollar rally racer, campaigned alongside the who's who of the World Rally Championship in Mexico and managed to snag third in his class. Now he's set his sights on tackling the Baja 1000 with the same craft, albeit with a few modifications. Along with a completely new roll cage, the old E30 is getting some serious shocks courtesy of the suspension fiends at Bilstein along with a complete subframe to support beefier components down below.

Caswell is aiming to build out the majority of the project while here in Las Vegas, and we've been promised plenty of videos of the build later down the line. Stay tuned.
