The start of the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup season is just six weeks away, and the contenders are beginning to get dressed up for the battle. It turns out NASCAR will allow Kyle Busch to participate in the final two Sprint Cup Series events of the year, but don't expect to see his familiar M&Ms livery on the track.
