<br />
Mansory isn't one to shy away from the controversial. The creative minds at the Swiss tuning company have come up with with everything from a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/16/frankfurt-2009-mansory-vitesse-rose-is-anything-but-pretty-in-p/">pink Bentley Continental GT</a> to a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/04/08/pics-aplenty-mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio-and-ferrari-599-gt/">gold-clad Mercedes-Benz McLaren SLR</a>. So perhaps it's no surprise that they have turned their attention to Porsche's not-so-traditional Panamera. Mansory is planning to release an aerodynamic kit for the four-door grand tourer that the company says gives the car a more "masculine" appearance. Other available components will include 21-inch wheels, a sport exhaust system, and a variety of wood, carbon fiber, and aluminum interior accessories. Full details can be found in Mansory's press release after the jump, or you can check out the renderings in the gallery below.<br />

<span style="float: left; margin-right: 10px; margin-top: 7px;"><script> digg_url = 'http://digg.com/autos/Light_Candy_Pink_Colored_Audi_R8_Caught_in_Holland_w_pic'; </script> <script src=" http://digg.com/api/diggthis.js"></script></span> Just when you felt life was getting a little bit boring, along comes this piece of literal Dutch eye candy to remind you that many people are <em>crazy</em>. Yes sir, that's an Audi R8. Yes sir, someone painted it pink. But not just pink - light candy pink with darker pink blades. Now, let's say for a second that the carbon fiber blades are actually baked pink plastic. That would be kinda OK in our book. However, since they are obviously nothing but regular carbon fiber painted pink, we're against them. Moreover, they look slightly purple. And pink and purple simply do not match.<br />
<br />
Not that there's anything wrong with pink all on its lonesome. It can be done well, and at least one of us (<em>*ahem*</em>) liked the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/16/frankfurt-2009-mansory-vitesse-rose-is-anything-but-pretty-in-p/">Mansory Vitesse Rose</a> at Frankfurt. But even if you totally loathe Mansory's handiwork, at least they put some effort into it. From the single photo we got here, looks like the pink R8 is just, sorta... pink. Lazy pink, really. But of course the real reason for this post (besides the laughter) is to figure out what we should call all-pink cars. Because obviously, it's now a trend. <br />
<br />
Even though the Russians gave the Emirates a run for their stacks of $100 bills, in the end "all Dubai'd out" beat "all Moscow'd out" in our poll to determine the correct nomenclature for <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/22/video-mirror-finish-audi-s5-in-moscow-parking-garage-w-poll/">mirror-finished/chrome cars</a>. But then, what to call pink cars? We've got a few ideas listed in a poll after the jump. But if you have your own suggestions, feel free to share them in the comments. Oh, and here's an <a href="http://www.autojunk.nl/fotos/dubai-mall-of-the-emirates-r8-gold-mat/27722/1">all gold R8</a> for you to contemplate while you vote. <em>Thanks to "The Fireball" for the tip!</em><br />

<br />
When Mansory wants to give it to us good, they know how. This is the Mansory Cyrus (Khouresh Mansory told us that Cyrus was the first king of Iran), and - even though every other colleague here disagrees with us - we feel it the best use of carbon fiber we've seen since we've been here. The car is <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/db9">DB9</a>-based and has been redone in aerospace, pre-preg carbon fiber, and gets 28 extra horses. <br />
<br />
Well, all except the rear fenders because they couldn't shape the carbon fiber accordingly, so the carbon fiber -- extended in width by two inches from the original car - is glued to the standard panels with adhesive bought from Lamborghini. Otherwise it's all CF. No, the roof scoop isn't functional - but beauty makes no promises to functionality. You can also get the DBS done up thusly, and although we don't know what that car is called, we hope it's Xerxes. The Cyrus will run you &euro;380,000 on top of a DB9. We won't call it money well spent... but we'd spend it.<br />

<br />
Opinions in the Autoblog media room here in Frankfurt are divided once again. Some of us think the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/13/mansory-bentley-vitesse-rose-isnt-really-all-that-rosy/">Mansory Vitesse Rose</a> is the ugliest thing on wheels, the most heinous thing ever done to a Bentley, while Lieberman just has no taste. Either way, we had trouble keeping it down while snapping the photos. Fortunately, there was some left-over Pepto hanging around the Mansory show stand for quick touch-ups.<br />
<br />
The matte pink paint job, which we can only hope is a reversible vinyl wrap, is offset by matte carbon fiber trim and blacked out rims, chrome and logos. But while the exterior stood out, the clashing pink and purple interior - complete with purple-tinted carbon fiber trim - bridges the gap from "you've got to be kidding" to "you've got to be The Joker". But don't take our word for it; check it out for yourself in the gallery below. We just wouldn't recommend it for the weak of stomach.<br />

<br />
As a testament to its range, the same company that brought you the evil blackness of the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/07/17/pics-video-mansory-vincero-costs-1-million-on-top-of-the/">Vincero</a> would like you to focus your attention here, on the Bentley Vitesse Rose. The full-on Mansory kit itself is fine. The pink-a-licious color its draped in, matched with the carbon fiber hood, is best digested before you eat solid food. And wait until you see the inside: a color combination we don't think you'll be seeing from the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/11/frankfurt-preview-bentley-continental-series-51/">Series 51 program</a> comprising diamond stitched pink and purple leather. <br />
<br />
Depending on your take, you might be gratified that Mansory only plans to build three of them. If you want to be one of those... proud... owners, then call Mansory and have a check ready for &euro;269,000. The rest of you can check out the roseate goodness in the high-res gallery below.<br />

<br />Bugatti always finds ways of making their Veyron more exclusive, with a seemingly endless procession of special edition models. But for some, that still ain't enough. Inherently, Bug customers also tend to be the same people for whom cost is no object. And for them, tuning house <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/12/19/mansory-builds-mysterious-bugatti-veyron-vincero/">Mansory created the Vincero</a>.<br /> <br /> With updated aero, LED lighting, new wheels and carbon fiber galore, Mansory also managed to coax out an extra 108 horsepower from the Veyron's thousand-horse, quad-turbo W16. And the cost of these otherwise rather modest modifications? A whopping $985k - nearly a million dollars - on top of the price of a stock Veyron to begin with. At those kinds of prices, it's no wonder Mansory decided to build just three of 'em. Although we gave you a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/03/05/geneva-2009-bleu-who-mansory-linea-vincero-more-our-style/">first glimpse at the Geneva Motor Show</a> this past March, you can check out our massive updated gallery of images below and a video <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/07/17/pics-video-mansory-vincero-costs-1-million-on-top-of-the/">after the jump</a>.<br /><br /> <br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/">Mansory Bugatti Veyron Vincero</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/5158777_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/1105632_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/9813057_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/1280785_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/7705960_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /> [Sources: <a href="http://www.worldcarfans.com/109071420479/mansory-bugatti-veyron-linea-vincero-new-photos-and-video">WCF</a>; <a href="http://www.nickhall.net/">Nick Hall</a>]<p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/07/17/pics-video-mansory-vincero-costs-1-million-on-top-of-the/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>PICS + VIDEO: Mansory Vincero costs $1 million... on top of the price of a Bugatti Veyron</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/07/17/pics-video-mansory-vincero-costs-1-million-on-top-of-the/">PICS + VIDEO: Mansory Vincero costs $1 million... on top of the price of a Bugatti Veyron</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 17 Jul 2009 14:00:00 EST. <br />The <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/03/03/geneva-2009-bleu-centenaire-is-every-bit-as-special-as-any-othe/">Bleu Centenaire</a> wasn't the only limited edition Veyron on the floor at the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/category/Geneva-Motor-Show/">Geneva Motor Show</a>. While Bugatti has created a wide array of individualization programs for its supercar, German tuner Mansory saw fit to create its own and displayed a revised version of the Veyron dubbed the Linea Vincero. We got our <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/12/19/mansory-builds-mysterious-bugatti-veyron-vincero/">first look at the car</a> back in December when it was mysteriously pictured on a dealer web site, but with its official unveiling we now have full details from Mansory. Exterior modifications are relatively subtle and include a new front fascia, shorter hood, LED daytime running lights, side skirts, a diffuser, larger side and rear air outlets and new forged wheels. The interior features carbon fiber accents, special leather seating and trim and an ambient lighting system utilizing LEDs. Unlike the other Veyron models, the Vincero comes with a power upgrade, up to 1109 bhp and 967 lb-ft torque, thanks to an upgraded cooling system and exhaust system. With a total of three planned for production, the Linea Vincero could very well be one of the more popular color combinations out there. More details can be found in the press release from Mansory after the jump.<br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/geneva-2009-mansory-linea-vincero/low/">Geneva 2009: Mansory Linea Vincero</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/geneva-2009-mansory-linea-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/03/01-gen-09-mansory-veyron_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/geneva-2009-mansory-linea-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/03/02-gen-09-mansory-veyron_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/geneva-2009-mansory-linea-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/03/03-gen-09-mansory-veyron_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/geneva-2009-mansory-linea-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/03/04-gen-09-mansory-veyron_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/geneva-2009-mansory-linea-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/03/05-gen-09-mansory-veyron_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/">Mansory Bugatti Veyron Vincero</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/5158777_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/1105632_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/9813057_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/1280785_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-bugatti-veyron-vincero/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/7705960_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/03/05/geneva-2009-bleu-who-mansory-linea-vincero-more-our-style/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Geneva 2009: Bleu who? <br />We're convinced the Bugatti Veyron has to have the highest ratio of variants per total production -- Ford Mustang included. There's the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/05/04/another-bloody-veyron-presenting-the-sang-noir/">Sang Noir</a>, a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/03/04/geneva-2008-bugatti-veyron-fbg-by-hermes-scepter-and-empire-no/">first</a> and <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/28/bugatti-releases-new-palette-for-veyron-hermes/">second</a> version of the Hermes, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/12/frankfurt-2007-the-shiny-invisible-bugatti-pur-sang/">Pur Sang</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/16/monterey-2008-bugatti-veyron-16-4-grand-sport/">Grand Sport</a>, and now the Vincero built by Mansory. Not much is known about the car since no information is listed on the tuner's web site, but United Arab Emirates exotic car dealer Prestige Cars has posted the car for sale, listing it as one of three built. Looking at the photos, the Vincero features a carbon fiber hood and engine cover, new black wheels, and an interior that has been reupholstered in black and white with carbon fiber trim. It's not everyone's taste, but we definitely wouldn't kick it out of the garage.

<div align="center"><em><strong><small>Click above for a high-res gallery of the Rinspeed LeMans</small></strong></em><br /></div>
<br />It appears that German tuner <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/Mansory/">Mansory</a> isn't content doing outrageous things to <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/04/08/pics-aplenty-mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio-and-ferrari-599-gt/">Ferraris</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/03/05/geneva-2008-mansory-displays-a-few-supercar-transformations/">Rolls-Royces</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/04/08/pics-aplenty-mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio-and-ferrari-599-gt/">Mercedes</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/13/frankfurt-2007-le-mansory-convertible/">Bentleys</a> and <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/22/mansory-package-for-aston-db9-is-all-show-no-extra-go/">Aston Martins</a>. They apparently want to do similar things to Porsches as well. To make things easier on themselves, they have decided to just purchase a firm that already does wondrous things to Zuffenhausen's finest. Mansory has purchased the Porsche-tuning arm of Rinspeed and renamed it Mansory (Switzerland) AG. The deal is a bit complex, but Rinspeed Inc. will continue to operate as a separate entity, and will continue to do additional automotive work in the future, and the Porsche-specific side of the business now belongs to Mansory. So while Mansory will now be able to offer cars like the "Rinspeed" <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/07/rinspeeds-x-treme-600-hp-porsche-cayenne/">X-Treme Cayenne</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/04/30/rinspeed-releases-997-turbo-based-le-mans-600/">Le Mans 600</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2006/09/25/rinspeed-imola-builds-on-porsche-cayman/">Imola</a> and <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2006/09/27/tuner-tuesdays-rinspeed-indy-4s/">Indy 4S</a>, Rinspeed will continue to build its wild and wacky show cars, like the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2006/07/28/video-rinspeed-splash-record-setting-english-channel-crossing/">Splash</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/03/07/geneva-motor-show-rinspeed-brings-the-weird-again-exasis/">eXasis</a>, and <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/03/05/geneva-2008-rinspeed-squba-submergible-absurdity/">sQuba</a>. Perhaps the poor lighting inside the Geneva EXPO obscured the awesomosity of these two tuner vehicles. MANSORY has corrected this by releasing a slew of high-res official images showing each car in perfect lightning so every detail is laid bare, for better or worse. <br /><br />The first car is the MANSORY McLaren SLR "Renovatio", which is obviously based off of the Mercedes-Benz supercar but features many replacement carbon fiber pieces, lighter wheels and a new body kit that makes the standard car look downright dowdy by comparison. MANSORY didn't just alter the SLR's looks, but went one step further by upgrading its supercharger and intercoolers, so the 5.5L V8 is now producing a stout 700 horsepower. The interior also gets the same Midas touch as the exterior.<br /><br />The second car is the MANSORY Ferrari 599 GTB "Stallone", which to Europeans may evoke images of wild stallions, but to U.S. folk sounds like an homage to Mr. Balboa. MANSORY takes the already superlative 599 and adds an F1-inspired aero body kit and a supercharger with enough engine upgrades to bump the 6.0L V12 from 620 to 720 horsepower. <br /><br />Both vehicles have the grunt to fully back up their new appearance packages, but we're still not sure we'd actually want to be seen in them.<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio/low/">MANSORY McLaren SLR "Renovatio"</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/00_mansoryrenovatio_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/01_mansoryrenovatio_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/02_mansoryrenovatio_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/03_mansoryrenovatio_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/04_mansoryrenovatio_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-ferrari-599-gtb-stallone/low/">MANSORY Ferrari 599 GTB "Stallone"</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-ferrari-599-gtb-stallone/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/01_mansorystallone_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-ferrari-599-gtb-stallone/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/02_mansorystallone_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-ferrari-599-gtb-stallone/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/03_mansorystallone_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-ferrari-599-gtb-stallone/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/04_mansorystallone_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-ferrari-599-gtb-stallone/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/04/05_mansorystallone_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br />[Source: <a href="http://www.motorauthority.com/news/supercars/mercedes-mclaren-slr-renovatio-by-mansory/#more-5023">Motor</a> <a href="http://www.motorauthority.com/news/supercars/mansory-stallone-ferrari-599-gtb-fiorano/#more-5022">Authority</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/04/08/pics-aplenty-mansory-mclaren-slr-renovatio-and-ferrari-599-gt/">Pics Aplenty: MANSORY McLaren SLR "Renovatio" and Ferrari 599 GTB "Stallone"</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Tue, 08 Apr 2008 17:57:00 EST. Alas, our prayers went unanswered. Done up in a matte gold and black combo, the SLR looks a bit toy-like, but it should manage to sell in the single digits at least. Which digit you choose to count the sales is up to you. The Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano had actually been criticized in some camps for being a bit too evocative of the Chevrolet Corvette when it was first shown. The Mansory edition done up in white and carbon fiber looks even more Vette-like to our eyes. Thoughts of a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/15/detroit-2008-up-close-with-the-corvette-zr1/">ZR1</a> or the recent <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/02/14/2008-corvette-427-limited-edition-z06-big-engine-big-price-sm/">427</a> special edition Z06 leapt to mind. There was also a Phantom in the booth, but quite honestly, doing something outrageous to a Roller just doesn't offend us as badly. Take a look at the gallery and let us know if you agree. We've already heard from at least one other journo who happened to be winding his way down the road towards us that the 599 looks seriously racy and that we are dead wrong about it. We'll let you decide for yourselves. <p>When Mansory hit us with its <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/10/18/mansory-adds-flavor-little-else-to-the-aston-martin-vantage-v8/">modified Aston Martin V8 Vantage</a>, we bemoaned the lack of any serious performance upgrades. Unfortunately, although it's more visually pleasing than its <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/09/aston-martin-vanquish-s-by-mansory-as-in-man-sorry/">stab at the Vanquish</a>, Mansory's take on the DB9 adopts the same meatless approach.</p>
<p>The only real performance upgrade is in the rolling stock: 20-inch forged alloys hide 405mm discs clamped by six-piston calipers up front and four-piston calipers around back, hooked up to a lowered suspension. Wheels, brakes and suspension ain't nothin', but otherwise it's all poseur. There's a new front end with integrated lighting, side skirts and a carbon fiber rear diffuser with chrome exhaust tips. Inside Mansory has decked the interior out in maple, carbon fiber, Alcantara and available aluminum pedals. </p>
<p>The package is available for both the DB9 coupe as well as the DB9 Volante, so if you can't wait for the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/21/spy-shots-aston-martin-dbs-volante/">DBS roadster</a> and aren't that interested in the increased performance anyway, your new clubbing accessory has arrived.</p>

Starting with the achingly handsome Aston Martin V8 Vantage is a good jumping off point, and when you slap 20-inch black wheels on an eye-grabbing yellow version, you've got our attention. But aside from Mansory-badged six-piston Brembos up front and four pistons in the rear, sport springs and a two-tier exhaust, motivation does quite match the mods.<br /><br />Instead, Mansory's equipped the Vantage with plenty of carbon fiber bits, from the burgundy engine details, including a radiator shroud and sway bar, to the side mirrors and taillights. Inside, a new steering wheel is fitted, covered in Alcantara and leather, while Mansory stitches its name into the floor mats and emblazons it into the doorsills.<br /><br />The new diffuser, side skirts, revised front fascia and spoiler, all scream performance, but without some serious engine and suspension tweaking, the Mansory AM Vantage remains a pretty poseur among performance players.<br /><br />[Source: Motor Authority]<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-aston-martin-v8-vantage/low/">Mansory Aston Martin V8 Vantage</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-aston-martin-v8-vantage/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/10/am-v8_mansory_1280_01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-aston-martin-v8-vantage/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/10/am-v8_mansory_1280_02_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-aston-martin-v8-vantage/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/10/am-v8_mansory_1280_03_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-aston-martin-v8-vantage/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/10/am-v8_mansory_1280_04_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/mansory-aston-martin-v8-vantage/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/10/am-v8_mansory_1280_05_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/10/18/mansory-adds-flavor-little-else-to-the-aston-martin-vantage-v8/">Mansory adds flavor, little else to the Aston Martin Vantage V8</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Thu, 18 Oct 2007 14:27:00 EST. The Continental GTC-based LeMANSORY Convertible is one of Bentley's delectable ragtops that's been subsequently outfitted with the Le MANSORY body and tuning package. Sadly, the widebody kit obscures the GTC's classy art-deco lines in the name of giving the car a racier look. Black wheels and grille inserts contrast to the bright white bodywork, and the interior is transformed by a retina-scorching white-and-red full leather/Alcantara package. That color scheme is carried into the engine compartment, where the modifications are more to our liking. <br /><br />The MANSORY performance kit ups the twin-turbo W12's output from 552 hp to a stout 641 horses @ 6100 RPM and a tire-destroying 575 lb-ft of torque at just 1600 rpm. As you might imagine, the performance numbers reflect the added punch. 0-60 happens in 4.4 seconds and the car's claimed top speed is 205 mph. A Brembo brake upgrade adds the required stopping power, and a new exhaust system that exhales via quad ports lets the neighbors know about the evil underhood. Only 24 LeMANSORY kits will be sold, so if you don't like it, don't worry. Chances are you'll never see one in the wild anyway.<br /><br />MANSORY's full press release is pasted after the jump.<br /><br />[Source: MANSORY via Motor Authority]<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/le-mansory-convertible/low/">Le MANSORY Convertible</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/le-mansory-convertible/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/lemansorygtc_hi001_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/le-mansory-convertible/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/lemansorygtc_hi002_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/le-mansory-convertible/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/lemansorygtc_hi003_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/le-mansory-convertible/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/lemansorygtc_hi004_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/le-mansory-convertible/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/lemansorygtc_hi005_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/13/frankfurt-2007-le-mansory-convertible/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Frankfurt 2007: Le MANSORY Convertible</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/13/frankfurt-2007-le-mansory-convertible/">Frankfurt 2007: Le MANSORY Convertible</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Thu, 13 Sep 2007 12:01:00 EST. For there can be no excuse for letting this one slip by without payback. The Aston Martin Vanquish S is one of, if not the, best looking cars of the modern era. Those bulging flanks somehow merge raw aggression with sensual curves that result in a form that melds elegance and high performance in one. And look at what German tuner Mansory has gone and done to it. <br /><br />Rather than just redo some engine bits to boost the already prodigious V12 output to ludicrous capabilities, they kept it stock. What they focused on instead were upgrading the brakes (now bigger Brembos) and wheels (20-inch forged alloys with 275/30R20s up front and 315/35R20s in the rear), and lowering the ride height by a full inch using higher performance springs. That's all fine and dandy, but it's what they did next that should have them banned from Aston Martin tuning forever.<br /><br />Mansory fitted its own carbon-fiber front spoiler that incorporates a new grille, CF side air intakes, and a new rear fascia with a carbon-fiber diffuser. It might not sound that bad, but this is one car that doesn't need any help in the styling department, at least not on the outside. They've even fitted some anodized aluminum air outlets on the hood, and chrome -- yes, chrome! -- stripes on the trunk. Really it's not as bad as we're making it out to be, but they unfortunately chose a black and yellow paint scheme for the show car that makes our eyes involuntarily search out forks to impale themselves upon. If that heresy isn't enough for you, <a href="http://www.mansory.com">Mansory</a> will go as far as your budget or conscience allows. <br /><br />[Source: Inside Line]<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/aston-martin-vanquish-s-mansory/low/">Aston Martin Vanquish S Mansory</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/aston-martin-vanquish-s-mansory/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mansoryvanquish1_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/aston-martin-vanquish-s-mansory/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mansoryvanquish10_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/aston-martin-vanquish-s-mansory/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mansoryvanquish11_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/aston-martin-vanquish-s-mansory/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mansoryvanquish12_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/aston-martin-vanquish-s-mansory/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mansoryvanquish2_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/09/aston-martin-vanquish-s-by-mansory-as-in-man-sorry/">Aston Martin Vanquish S by Mansory, as in "Man, sorry"</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Thu, 09 Aug 2007 11:03:00 EST.
