In the latest legal battle ensuing from the aftermath of Paul Walker's death, the late actor's father has filed suit against Porsche, claiming inadequate safety equipment in the Carrera GT in which he died two years ago.
GM is paying a $900-million settlement to the US government and agreeing to three years of oversight to deal with a criminal investigation into the automaker's handling of the ignition switch recall. The company is also spending $575 million to deal with two civil cases.
