Land Rover gave out some "spy shots" of its new Evoque Convertible, confirming it'd debut at the 2015 LA Auto Show and hit dealers next spring.


Ahead of the actual reveal in November, Land Rover is giving Londoners an early look at the Range Rover Evoque Convertible by parking six wireframe versions outside posh shops in the city.


Land Rover is testing the upcoming convertible version of its Range Rover Evoque on the frozen roads of Sweden and around the Nurburgring.


Three years since it showcased the concept, Land Rover has confirmed that it is proceeding with plans to build the Range Rover Evoque Convertible. And to prove how serious it is, it drove a prototype through a tunnel.


Despite a report earlier this year stating that a production version of the Range Rover Evoque Convertible was shot down, there have been signs suggesting otherwise recently. Last week, we heard that the fate of this two-door, drop-top SUV could be decided upon soon, but WhatCar? says that the decision has already been made.
