<br />
You want a heavyweight? Look no further than the previous-generation <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/make/bentley">Bentley</a> Continental T. It may have been shorter and lighter than the Continental R, but it was still based on prehistoric architecture and packed 650 pound-feet of torque. But even among the 322 units that were produced and sold, this one stands out hand and fist over the rest of 'em. That's because this particular example belonged to Mike Tyson.<br />
<br />
The Champ was known to spend more than even he had, and this isn't <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/03/13/ear-chewing-boxers-bentley-for-sale-in-britain/">the first time</a> one of his Bentleys has gone up for sale. Want to know more? Let us chew your ear, so to speak: This particular turbocharged model came equipped with two-tone red and black Connolly leather interior, a polished aluminum dashboard encompassing a red starter button and a McIntosh sound system.<br />
<br />
Sold to Tyson in Las Vegas by <a href="http://autoblog.com/make/rolls-royce">Rolls-Royce</a> of New York in 1997, the car has since accumulated 40,000 kilometers (under 25,000 miles) and has undergone an overhaul at the hands of England's Phantom Motor Cars. The asking price from the current owner in Germany comes in around $170 grand.<br />

<div style="text-align: center;"><em><strong><small>Maybach Exelero concept - Click above for high-res image gallery</small></strong></em></div>
<br />
Often imitated, never duplicated. We're talking about the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/make/maybach">Maybach</a> Exelero, the high-speed test bed commissioned from Daimler by Fulda tires. Unfortunately, only one was ever made, and it was subsequently sold for nearly $8 million, reportedly to an African diamond tycoon named <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andr%C3%A9_A._Jackson">Andr&eacute; A. Jackson</a>.<br />
<br />
Since then, the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/exelero/">Exelero</a> has prompted a few wannabes in various forms, from the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/20/brabus-builds-its-own-exelero-hits-205-mph-at-nardo/">Brabus-tuned Maybach 57 Nardo top speed test vehicle</a> to the "<a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2010/02/23/one-off-million-dollar-black-ruby-rolls-royce-coupe-up-for-sal/">Black Ruby</a>" and the latest <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2010/05/20/xenatech-turning-maybach-57s-into-a-limited-production-luxury-co/">Xenatech coupe</a>. Now a company in Switzerland is apparently offering replicas of the original Exelero based on the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/dodge/viper+srt10">Dodge Viper</a>.<br />
<br />
Little in the way of details is available at this point, save for the Viper's 8.3-liter V10 and 23-inch wheels. The manufacturer is offering the replicas - made to order to the buyer's specifications - on luxury classified site JamesList for &euro;550,000 (about $670k). That may seem like a lot, but it's still a far cry from the eight million asked for the original.<br />

<small></small> <br />In an ideal world, who wouldn't want to have a distinguished coachbuilder like Pininfarina create their own unique Rolls-Royce cabrio? Unfortunately, an ideal world this is not, and most of us don't have those kinds of resources at our disposal. "Most of us" apparently now includes the customer that commissioned the one-off <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/12/pebble-beach-08-preview-rolls-royce-hyperion-by-pininfarina/">Rolls-Royce Hyperion</a> in the first place. <br /><br />The custom Roller was commissioned by an unnamed client, and was <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/16/monterey-2008-pininfarina-hyperion-unveiled/">unveiled at last year's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance</a>. Less than a year later, the Hyperion is now up for sale for a cool &euro;4.5 million (about $6 million in American funds). The one-off creation is based on the Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe - already one of the most exclusive set of wheels on the road - and was treated to unique Pininfarina bodywork, doing away with the rear seats and moving the windshield back by 400 mm (15 inches) in the process. The staggering purchase price includes the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/27/pininfarina-hyperion-dash-mounted-watch-from-girard-perregaux/">custom dash-docking wristwatch created by Girard-Perregaux</a> to accompany the unique vehicle, in case you've got the cash and needed extra motivation. Follow the link for more information on the sale, and check out the images in the galleries below for more hi-res photos. <em>Thanks to Ecnelis and Colin for the tippage!</em><br /><br /><em><strong>UPDATE</strong>: We've just spoken with Fredrik Karlberg, the Operations Manager for JamesList, who wanted to clarify the listing for the Hyperion concept that appeared on JamesList. According to Karlberg, the lister is not selling the actual show car that made its debut in Pebble Beach last year. Instead, it's a series of body panels that will adapt a R-R DropHead coupe to look like the sinewy concept.</em><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-rolls-royce-hyperion">Pininfarina Rolls-Royce Hyperion</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-rolls-royce-hyperion/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/pininfarina-hyperion-11_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-rolls-royce-hyperion/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/pininfarina-hyperion-10_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-rolls-royce-hyperion/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/pininfarina-hyperion-08_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-rolls-royce-hyperion/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/pininfarina-hyperion-07_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-rolls-royce-hyperion/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/pininfarina-hyperion-06_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-hyperion-live-unveiling">Pininfarina Hyperion Live Unveiling</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-hyperion-live-unveiling/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/hyperionlive_01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-hyperion-live-unveiling/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/hyperionlive_02_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-hyperion-live-unveiling/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/hyperionlive_03_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-hyperion-live-unveiling/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/hyperionlive_04_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pininfarina-hyperion-live-unveiling/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/08/hyperionlive_05_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br />[Source: <a href="http://www.jameslist.com/AdvertPage/33907">JamesList</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/04/06/got-a-spare-4-5m-one-off-rolls-royce-hyperion-by-pininfarina-u/">Got a spare €4.5M? <div align="center"><em><strong><small>Click above for a hi-res gallery of the Pagani Zonda Cinque</small></strong></em><br /></div>
<br />When an exotic automaker comes out with an exclusive supercar whose production doesn't even reach double digits, we know our chances of ever seeing one are extremely limited. Actually getting the opportunity to buy one would seem just as elusive, but one example of the hyper-rare <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/06/09/pagani-releases-more-pics-details-of-zonda-cinque/">Pagani Zonda Cinque</a> has popped up online for sale.<br /><br />In case you (like the rest of us) have trouble keeping track of all the different versions of the Zonda that have appeared, the Zonda Cinque is an ultra-exclusive version of an already exclusive supercar. Essentially a roadgoing version of the track-only <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/02/05/help-me-zonda-paganis-r-rated-swansong-debuts/">Zonda R</a>, Pagani is only making five examples for a small group of buyers that could evidently include you. It packs a 678-horsepower AMG V12, features the company's first sequential transmission and trims some 40 pounds off the standard car's curb weight. And one - the very first one, according to the listing - is apparently available for purchase via JamesList from Freilassing, Germany, for the modest price of 1.6 million euros (a bit more than $2 million in American greenbacks). If you've got that kind of cash sitting around and have any unmarried daughters, please contact us immediately. But if you want to get your hands on the Zonda Cinque, act with a quickness, as this is probably the only chance you are going to get.<br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pagani-zonda-cinque">Pagani Zonda Cinque</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pagani-zonda-cinque/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/06/zonda-cinque-2_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pagani-zonda-cinque/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/06/zonda-cinque-1_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pagani-zonda-cinque/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/06/zonda-cinque-3_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/pagani-zonda-cinque/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/06/zonda-cinque-4_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><br />[Source: <a href="http://www.jameslist.com/advert/30781">JamesList.org</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/03/10/first-of-five-pagani-zonda-cinque-supercars-needs-a-home/">First of five Pagani Zonda Cinque supercars needs a home</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Tue, 10 Mar 2009 09:00:00 EST.
