Project Runway is one of those reality shows that you both can watch, if you know what we mean. Though most men man not admit it, watching Heidi Klum and a bunch of models walk down a runway makes up for the obnoxious antics of the designers. This week's episode incorporated one of the show's long-time sponsors, Saturn, which heretofore has been relegated to supplying the winner with that year's Saturn du jour as a grand prize. Episode 7, however, brought Saturn onto the runway in a challenge that required the contestants to create fashions using parts from the new VUE. Make it work, indeed. Though we haven't watched the episode yet (oh yes, we DVR it), the best part appears to be when the designers begin dismantling a pair of VUEs for materials. Mental note: be wary of used late-model VUEs for sale in and around New York City. It appears the designers were most attracted to any cloth they could find in the vehicles, with seat belts being a hot item. We're not going to spoil for you who won the challenge, except to say that the design was not our top choice. So I had this dream last night where I'm hosting a television talk show and interviewing Heidi Klum. Only when I look down, I discover that I'm actually a Volkswagen. When I woke up in the morning, I realized it wasn't a dream, it was a television commercial I saw on YouTube. That's right, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl, Victoria's Secret spokesmodel and object of innumerable teenage fantasies has signed on to promote Volkswagen.

Actually, we're getting a little ahead of ourselves, as often happens when Heidi Klum is in the picture. (And being a supermodel, she's in a lot of pictures.) The commercial, which comes to us courtesy of our astute tipster Ben, isn't the first promotion this German supermodel has done for the German automaker. Together with her pop singer husband Seal, Klum has also done some promotional work for the new Tiguan cute-ute. But that little detail won't stop you from enjoying the flirtatious video after the jump, now will it?

Could supermodel Heidi Klum be a closet gearhead? Despite parting ways with Renault F1 bigwig Flavio Briatore, the camera-friendly celebrity appears to still have a thing for motorsports, having reportedly 'coptered in to chat with the Audi DTM crew at the EuroSpeedway over the weekend. Klum talked with the team, then walked around the starting grid and took in the race from the Audi Lounge over pit lane.

Perhaps the four-ringed boys were a mote distracted, as they were unable to seal the deal on the track. Tom Kristensen (Siemens Audi A4 DTM) finished second, the only marque representative in the top seven spots. Mercedes dominated the standings, securing six out of the top ten positions, including eventual winner Bernd Schneider.
