Troy Clarke named president of GM North America
General Motors Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner, who has been acting president of GMNA for over a year, has announced that Troy Clarke has been appointed to the position. Clarke has been president of GM Asia Pacific since 2004. The 51 year-old Clarke joined GM at the Pontiac division in 1973. He moved to GM de Mexico in 1997, ultimately becoming president and managing director of the Mexico operation.
