Subaru clearly sees something special in its Viziv crossover concept. After debuting it at last year's Geneva Motor Show and evolving it for the Tokyo Motor Show, the Japanese brand is bringing a Viziv 2 concept to this year's Geneva show on March 4. It also has a few other cards up its Swiss sleeve, too, as it has plans to display its new WRX STI road car and racecar for the Nürburgring 24 Hours this summer.

Toyota has just released more details on its new Europe-only Auris HSD model. The Corolla-based Auris will be the first Toyota hybrid model to be assembled in Europe starting this spring. On the EU drive cycle it has scored a very impressive 61.9 miles per gallon (U.S.) with CO2 emissions of just 89 grams per kilometer. It looks like the next hybrid model coming to BMW dealers will be the just-introduced 5 series sedan. Photos have leaked out showing an ActiveHybrid 5 concept that is expected to debut next week in Geneva. Like the already-available ActiveHybrid 7, the 5 will likely use the mild hybrid system, but it appears that the 5 will get a more powerful motor. Hyundai's home office in Korea has dropped the first frontal image of a new concept that will be shown next week at the Geneva Motor Show along with some technical details. The i-Flow is a D-segment sedan meant to go up against cars like the Ford Mondeo in Europe. Under the hood, the i-Flow has Hyundai's first diesel hybrid powertrain including a new 1.7-liter inline-four.
