Ford announced their Accelerated Way Forward restructuring plan this morning, and the news isn't good for Ford employees (the job cuts announced in the initial Way Forward plan in January have been increased and will take place earlier). Tomorrow morning, Ford will update the details of its restructuring plan, called "Way Forward". It's obviously a time of change at Ford, and it'll be interesting to see what the Way Forward now means to the company. Ford unveiled the Way Forward plan in January and job cuts and plant closures were part of the deal.
