A series of setbacks have delayed the start of this year's Dakar Rally, after a competitor drove into a crowd of spectators on Saturday and heavy rain poured down on Sunday.
In this installment of "As the Yen Skyrockets," Autocar is reporting that the introduction of the long-awaited Subaru Impreza diesel has been delayed indefinitely due to unfavorable exchange rates.
