The <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series/t900-jim-hoffman-limited-edition.html">T900 Jim Hoffman Limited Edition</a> starts as the company's T900 pickup truck, but with an exclusive green-and-gold paint job, the cool toy becomes a tribute to a truck that figured prominently in the history of Automoblox. Patrick Callelo, company founder and designer, says the limited edition was inspired by his father-in-law's Z-71.<br />
<blockquote class="inline-quote">
	<p>
		"The T900 Jim Hoffman Edition is interesting because the colors were inspired by our very own '95 Chevy Z-71 that has been an integral part of our business since we started. It was the daily driver of my father-in-law. He loved that truck. Right before he died he was bragging to me about his new headers and exhaust. My wife bought it from the estate to remember her father. It's been our work horse ever since."</p>
</blockquote>
The Jim Hoffman edition T900 features an "I'd rather be fishing" tailgate decal, is limited to a run of 750 units and for the price of $50 comes in a keepsake box perfect for Christmas gift-giving.<br />
<br />
The other two limiteds are the <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series/c9-se-limited-edition-sports-car.html">C9-SE</a> and the <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series/x9-se-limited-edition-sport-utility.html">X9-SE</a>. Both feature Automoblox's first use of brilliant black chrome for the wheels and greenhouse, and both are signed by Callelo. These two are also limited to 750 units and come in a keepsake box. The C9-SE goes for $40, while the larger X9-SE retails for $45.<br />
<br />
We've given away <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/automoblox/">Automoblox</a> as part of our holiday sweepstakes for several years now. This year will be no different, and we can reveal that these three limited editions will be a part of this year's prize package.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2012/11/27/automoblox-unveils-three-new-limited-editions-including-touching/">Automoblox unveils three new limited editions including touching tribute truck</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Tue, 27 Nov 2012 19:30:00 EST. <br />
Day 2 of our Six Days of Giveaways brings a familiar sight to long-time readers of Autoblog. Our friends at <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/">Automoblox</a> (<a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Automoblox/49484361127">Facebook</a>) always want to be included in any sweepstakes we do, and we're not inclined to argue.<br />
<br />
This year, Automoblox founder and designer Patrick Calello set aside one of his most popular products for us. It's the full-size <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/automoblox-originals/highcroft-trailer-set.html#">Limited Edition Highcroft Truck and Trailer set</a> that includes the T900 truck pulling a C9-R on a special open trailer, all done up in the fetching livery of Highcroft Racing. Automoblox only made 350 of these $120 sets and they sold out quickly, so you can't get them in stores anymore.<br />
<br />
You might be able to get one right here, though, if you simply leave a comment on this post. See below for the complete rules and come back tomorrow at 1 PM EST for the next giveaway.<br />
<br />
<strong>HOW TO ENTER</strong><br />
<ul>
	<li>
		Leave a single comment on this post (if you leave two or more, all of your entries will be disqualified)</li>
	<li>
		You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the US or Canada (excluding Quebec)</li>
	<li>
		<strong>Limit 1 entry per person during entry period</strong></li>
	<li>
		The entry period ends at <strong>1:00 PM EST on Tuesday, December 20th, 2011</strong>. We'll randomly select 1 winner at that time to receive an Automoblox Limited Edition Highcroft Truck and Trailer set valued at $120.00.</li>

<br />
<a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/jay%20leno">Jay Leno</a> has been a busy little denim-clad bee lately. The late-night host and car aficionado managed to get up close and personal with what <a href="http://autoblog.com/make/ford">Ford</a> is hoping will become law enforcement's vehicles of choice in the near future - the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/police%20interceptor">Ford Police Interceptor</a> and its Utility counterpart. Leno was lucky enough to get a full walk around both bruisers as well as a stint behind the wheel in the rain. The man with the chin managed to run down the current-generation <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/crown%20victoria">Crown Victoria</a>-based interceptor during a lead follow, so the footage from the track is a little more entertaining than your run-of-the-mill hot lap. <br />
<br />
But that's not the only vehicle that Leno's been playing with recently. The comedian also took the time to get familiar with the latest new toy by the guys at <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/automoblox">Automoblox</a>. The wooden racers are modular in design, allowing kids (and grown-ups, too) to build their own custom model from the available pieces. Think of it as Legos meets Hot Wheels. The pieces are made of German Beachwood, and the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2010/11/21/automoblox-debuts-full-size-hot-rods-and-trailer-set/">latest line of hot rods</a> are right up our alley.<br />

<div style="text-align: center;"><em><strong><small>Automoblox full-size HR3 hot rod - Click above for high-res image gallery</small></strong></em></div>
<br />
The last time we heard from Automoblox was <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/09/automoblox-unveils-hot-rods-and-heavy-duty-pickup/2#comments">over a year ago</a> when company owner and designer, Patrick Calello, debuted an all-new type of his unique toy cars: hot rods. A great way to introduce a child to icons of automotive past, the hot rods are fun to play with (so says my two nephews) but to date have only available as Automoblox Minis. This Christmas, the company is offering all three hot rod styles as full-size Automoblox cars (The <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series/hot-rod-hr1.html">red HR1</a> for $45, <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series/hot-rod-hr2.html">yellow HR2</a> for $50 and <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series/hot-rod-hr3.html">blue HR3</a> - my favorite, above - for $50), as well as debuting a new <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series/hot-rod-trailer-set.html?SID=e6ea9d72728e8c1dca4137990ddb748d">Hot Rod Trailer set</a> ($120) that includes a full-size hot rod, pickup and trailer. And though you've probably seen Automoblox at more mainstream toy retailers this year, these full-size hot rods are available only at <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series.html">Automoblox.com</a> for the time being.<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.automoblox.com/signature-series.html"><img hspace="0" border="0" vspace="4" alt="Automoblox full-size Hot Rod Trailer Set" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2010/11/08-automoblox-hot-rods-full-size-opt.jpg" /></a><br />
Based on my own experience, kids up to age 4 seem to always gravitate towards the Minis, while somewhere around 4 to 5 they switch over to full-size Automoblox vehicles. Keep that in mind if you're considering Automoblox as a Christmas present for a young one in your family. If you're shopping for an adult, also remember that while the full-size Automoblox are the most impressive, you can fit more Minis on a display shelf.<br />
<br />
And because Patrick Calello is as big a fan of Autoblog as we are of his toys, we'll also have some Automoblox to give away to readers in time for Christmas. Make sure you Like the <a href="http://www.facebook.com/Autoblog">Autoblog Facebook page</a> now, as that's where the giveaway will happen.<br />

<div style="text-align: center;"><em><strong><small>Automoblox Highcroft race car - Click above for high-res image gallery</small></strong></em></div>
<br /> Our favorite purveyor of heirloom quality toy cars, <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/">Automoblox</a>, has partnered with Highcroft Racing to enter the world of toy (and real) motorsports. The company's logo will be displayed on the wing of Highcroft's HPD ARX-01c car being campaigned in the 2010 season of the American Le Mans Series. The season opening 12 Hours of Sebring endurance race occurs this weekend, and Automoblox is celebrating its association with Highcroft Racing by announcing a new model to its extensive lineup of toy cars.<br /> <br /> <img vspace="4" alt="" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2010/03/hctrailerteaseropt.jpg" /><br /> <br /> The new car is a Highcroft-branded version of the C9-R sports car. Not only is it decked out for racing duty, but the new model also comes with a color-coordinated version of the heavy duty T900 truck and a trailer to tow the race car to each event. And by "event" we mean the imaginary 12 Hours of Sebring in your living room and the 24 Hours of Le Mans that goes from your spare bedroom into the home office and down the very famous Mulsanne Hallway.<br /> <br /> Curiously, these two companies got together when a member of the Highcroft Racing team bought an Automoblox car for his kid. They reached out to Automoblox and found a partner that, according to them, shares their values of "professionalism, precision, high performance and striving to be better than the opposition." So keep an eye out for the Automoblox logo whizzing by the cameras on the wing of Highcroft's HPD ARX-01c this weekend at Sebring, and if that gets you hankering for some toy racing of your own, the Highcroft-branded Automoblox racer will be available in April (price TBD).<br /> <br /> <br /> <div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-highcroft-race-car">Automoblox Highcroft Race Car</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-highcroft-race-car/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2010/03/hcc9r02_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-highcroft-race-car/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2010/03/hcc9r05_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-highcroft-race-car/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2010/03/hctrailerteaser_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-highcroft-race-car/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2010/03/highcroft-automoblox002_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-highcroft-race-car/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2010/03/highcroft-automoblox005_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /> [Source: <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/">Automoblox</a>]<p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2010/03/16/automoblox-enters-racing-on-highfroft-wing-debuts-new-racer/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Automoblox enters racing on Highcroft wing, debuts new racer</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2010/03/16/automoblox-enters-racing-on-highfroft-wing-debuts-new-racer/">Automoblox enters racing on Highcroft wing, debuts new racer</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Tue, 16 Mar 2010 19:01:00 EST. <div align="center"><em><strong><small>New Automoblox Minis - Click above for high-res gallery</small></strong></em><br /></div>
<br />Father's Day is right around the corner, and since you probably never became a lawyer or doctor like your dad really wanted, there's likely not a lot of coin in your bank account for a big gift. Fortunately for you, Automoblox has just introduced three new Mini vehicles that cost just $10-12 apiece. They're the seemingly Corvette-inspired <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/c9r-min9.html">White C9-R</a>, <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/s9r-min9.html">Silver S9-R</a> and <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/c9s-min9.html">Gold C9-S</a>. This trio of tiny heirloom-quality toy cars feature painted wheels that match their individual color schemes and a heavy dose of pearl in their plastic parts for a sweet candy effect. If you manage to Craigslist your recliner before Father's Day, the standard C9-R, S9-R and C9-S are also available in a three-pack for $30. Like the rest of the wooden car family, the new Minis can only be purchased online from the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aumi.html">Automoblox Store</a>.<br /><br />If you're new to Autoblog, know that we're big fans of these cars and many of us have our own growing collections of Automobox cars. The fathers among us are hoping that their collections grow a little more this Sunday.<br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/new-automoblox-minis">New Automoblox Minis</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/new-automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/06/newminis000_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/new-automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/06/newminis001_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/new-automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/06/newminis002_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/new-automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/06/newminis003_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/new-automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/06/newminis004_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br />[Source: <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aumi.html">Automoblox</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/06/17/automoblox-introduces-new-batch-of-minis-before-fathers-day/">Automoblox introduces new batch of Minis before Father's Day</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Wed, 17 Jun 2009 18:59:00 EST. <div align="center"><em><strong><small>Click above for high-res image gallery of the Automoblox T9-SE Signature Series</small></strong></em><br /></div>
<br />Like the Ford F-350 Harley Davidson Edition, Dodge Ram Big Horn Edition and Ivon "Ironman" Stewart Signature Series Tundra from Toyota, <a href="http://automoblox.com/main.htm">Automoblox</a> has just debuted a new special edition version of its own <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aut9grtr.html">T9 truck</a> in time for the holidays. Called the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/t9s9.html">T9-SE Signature Series</a>, the new heavy hauler sports silver and red emblems, the signature of designer Patrick Calello himself, metallic black connectors, a painted pick-up bed and specially decorated people inside the cab. While the T9-SE is going for the same price as other special edition models at the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/">Automoblox Store</a> ($40), it is the toy maker's first truly limited edition model. As such, only 2,000 have been and will ever be made. After the initial run is sold out, the T9-SE will be an instant collector's item. We would suggest not taking your T9-SE out of the box if you get one, but honestly, we doubt there's much chance of that happening.<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-t9-se-signature-series">Automoblox T9-SE Signature Series</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-t9-se-signature-series/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/12/00_t9se_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-t9-se-signature-series/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/12/01_t9se_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-t9-se-signature-series/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/12/02_t9se_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-t9-se-signature-series/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/12/03_t9se_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-t9-se-signature-series/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/12/04_t9se_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br />

<div align="center"><em><strong><small>Click above for high-res gallery of the Automoblox C9-S berlinetta</small></strong></em><br /></div>
<br />It's amusing how much <a href="http://www.automoblox.com">Automoblox</a> acts like a full-scale automaker. The maker of heirloom-quality toy cars features a full line-up of models to satisfy the imaginary needs of any toddler, and has even begun branching out into niche models like the go-anywhere <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aux9xsput.html">X9-X sport utility</a>, <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/10/10/automoblox-unveils-new-model-the-a9-s-convertible/">A9-S sport compact convertible</a> and high-performance <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aurs9rhipesp.html">S9-R sport sedan</a> and <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aurhipespcar.html">C9-R sport coupe</a>. Just like a real automaker, Automoblox has realized that the discerning 6-year-old may be looking for something sporty but not as single-minded as the R-line. Thus, it has introduced the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/automoblox.html">C9-S berlinetta</a> (MSRP $38.00) to fill the gap in between the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/automoblox-c9-red-sports-ca.html">base C9</a> and super sporty C9-R. <br /><br />The C9-S features the same extended-wheelbase wooden body and lowered ride height as the C9-R, but loses the high-downforce front and rear spoilers and side sills. In their place is a more modest rear wing and "aluminum" wheels that require a minimum suspension of disbelief (they're actually plastic). The C9-S also gets a dose of reflective "paint" to simulate a metallic roof and body connectors. <br /><br />Yes, these are just toys, but we so enjoy the way in which Automoblox founder and designer Patrick Calello treats his toy car company like a real one that we can't help but play in his world. Imagination is what really powers his cars, and we're happy using ours to follow along.<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-c9-s">Automoblox C9-S berlinetta</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-c9-s/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/11/c9_s_front3q_01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-c9-s/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/11/c9_s_rear3q_01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-c9-s/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/11/c9_s_2009_side_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-c9-s/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/11/c9_s_nofblock_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-c9-s/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/11/c9_s_cover_01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br />[Source: <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/automoblox.html">Automoblox</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/11/10/automoblox-unveils-c9-s-berlinetta-to-the-masses/">Automoblox unveils C9-S berlinetta to the masses</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Mon, 10 Nov 2008 16:26:00 EST. <br /><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/automoblox">Automoblox</a>, maker of heirloom quality toy cars, is on an upward trajectory that hasn't slowed since we first encountered them a few years ago. In fact, while birthday shopping for my three-year-old nephew recently, I encountered Automoblox on the shelf of a local toy store for the first time, and then again at the little rug-rat's birthday party where a family friend bought him the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aux9pusputve.html">X9 sport utility</a> to go along with the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aus9blse.html">S9 sedan</a> I got him when he was born. <br /><br />Times are so good for Automoblox that it's bucking the trend by unveiling a brand new model, the A9-S convertible. Based on the A9 compact, the A9-S is the first open-air Automoblox model ever and the first to feature a new white color palette for its speedster windshield, rear wing and rubber tires. The wheels are jet black with three fat spokes each and the two plastic passengers even have their hair swept back. Like all Automoblox cars, the German beech wood body of the A9-S can be taken apart and its parts and accessories mixed and matched with other cars to create new vehicles. <br /><br />Christmas is right around the corner, and it's a safe bet we'll be buying the A9-S, which <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/automoblox-a9s-convertibl9.html">retails for $38</a> at the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/">Automoblox Store</a>, to add to our own growing collection that includes the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aux9pusputve.html">X9</a>, <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aux9xsput.html">X9-X</a>, <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aurhipespcar.html">C9-R</a> and a trio of <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/aumi.html">Automoblox Minis</a>. We've also been told there's another hot version of the C9 in development, and have a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-a9-s-convertible/1090519/">teaser pic</a> to prove it.<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-a9-s-convertible">Automoblox A9-S Convertible</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-a9-s-convertible/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/10/00_automobloxa9s_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-a9-s-convertible/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/10/01_automobloxa9s_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-a9-s-convertible/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/10/02_automobloxa9s_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-a9-s-convertible/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/10/03_automobloxa9s_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-a9-s-convertible/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/10/04_automobloxa9s_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br />[Source: <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/main.htm">Automoblox</a>]<br />____________________________________________________<br /><em>This post has been Twittered. <a href="http://twitter.com/therealautoblog">Click here</a> to follow Autoblog on Twitter</em><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/10/10/automoblox-unveils-new-model-the-a9-s-convertible/">Automoblox unveils new model! Not much, so we rang <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/calello.htm">Patrick Calello</a>, the designer who dreams up these heirloom-quality toys, and he's graciously provided both a <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/C9Rmodel.htm">C9R sportscar</a> ($39.99) and <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/S9Rmodel.htm">S9R sports sedan</a> ($39.99) for us to give away. Unlike the last two days, both prizes will be going to one winner to help them start their collection of Automoblox cars. I have six myself, and the out-of-the-box C9R you see above is mine. The prizes for this sweepstakes, however, are still in their original boxes and unopened. We're also including an Automoblox T-shirt and decals courtesy of Patrick Calello with the prize.<br /><br />All you need to do to enter is...<br />

Thankfully, Automoblox has stepped up once again and is donating a complete set of Automoblox toy cars, which includes six full-size cars, as well as three of the new Automoblox Mini cars. Unfortunately the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/28/automoblox-unveils-trio-of-souped-up-heirloom-toy-cars/">high-performance models</a> we told you about a few weeks ago are in such high demand that they're not available for this sweepstakes, so you'll have to get those on your own. Keep in mind, each standard Automoblox retails for $34.99, and the winner will get all six, plus a pack of Minis! Just keep telling yourself that you're entering for the kids. <br /><br /><strong>How to Enter:</strong> Just leave a single comment on this post (if you leave two or more, all will be disqualified).<em><br /><br /></em><strong>Simple Rules:</strong><br />
<ul>
    <li>1 winner will be randomly selected at 12:00PM EST Thursday, 12/13/07<br /></li>
    <li>You may enter today's sweepstakes only once</li>
    <li>Only residents of the United States are eligible<br /></li>
    <li>You must be at least 18 to enter</li>
</ul>
Click <a href="http://www.weblogsinc.com/weblogs-giveaways-official-rules/">here</a> to view official rules and come back every day this week around noon to see what else we're giving away. Happy Holidays from your friendly neighborhood Autoblog!<br /><br /><strong>NOTE: </strong><em>We have already randomly chosen 5 winners for <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/12/11/2007-holiday-sweepstakes-day-2-em-the-bourne-ultimatum-em-dv/34#comments">yesterday's sweepstakes</a> and will be in contact with them shortly. Oh, and those of us who have kids find that junior Autobloggers are equally enamored with them. We thought our Automoblox shopping for Christmas was done after the company announced new <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/23/small-news-from-automoblox-minis/">mini cars</a> that should make great stocking stuffers, but we'll have to break out the Mastercard one more time for three new vehicles that have just been unveiled. The <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/C9Rmodel.htm">C9R sportscar</a>, <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/S9Rmodel.htm">S9R sports sedan</a> and <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/x9xmodel.htm">X9R sport utility</a> are hotted up versions of their standard counterparts that add some visual pop and performance flair to their standard counterparts. Each model features its own unique accessories, including chin spoilers, rear spoilers, rear diffusers, side skirts, and in the case of the X9R, running boards, front and rear skid plates, a roof rack and rear mounted spare tire. These new accessories weren't just added to the wooden bodies of the standard cars, as each car features a new shape hewn from the brand's trademark light grained wood. They also ride on new aggressive wheels with branded center caps that are shod with low-profile performance rubber. Automoblox tells us that the C9R, S9R and X9R will be produced in limited quantities, so if you've got to make your collection complete, your best bet is to pre-order them from the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/">Automoblox Store</a> where they retail for $34.99, same price as a standard model. Hopefully we can convince Automoblox to give us some more models this year to stuff in <em>your</em> stocking when we do our annual Christmas Sweepstakes.<br /><br />[Source: Automoblox]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/28/automoblox-unveils-trio-of-souped-up-heirloom-toy-cars/">Automoblox unveils trio of souped up toy cars for Christmas</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Wed, 28 Nov 2007 15:02:00 EST. Among other presents, every year at Christmas we give away an entire collection signed by the designer, Patrick Calello. <br /><br />Patrick always contacts us first when there are new Automoblox being readied, and he's just revealed to us a new line of cars for the 2007 holiday season. Called Automoblox Mini's, they are a fraction the size of a normal Automoblox car and can fit in the palm of your hand. Despite that, they sacrifice nothing in terms of detail and quality. As always, kids (or kid-like adults) can interchange parts between the cars to create new vehicle designs, as well.<br /><br />Whereas a standard Automoblox costs $35.00, an Automoblox Mini car costs only $7.99. Unfortunately, the Automoblox Mini line has proven to be more popular than the company expected despite having just arrived, so if you want some as stocking stuffers for Christmas, visit the <a href="http://www.automobloxstore.com/">Automoblox Store</a> directly to preorder yours before the next batch sells out. <br /><br />[Source: Automoblox]<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-minis">Automoblox Mini's</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/20070810_minis_1pager_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/c9m_yellow116_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mini_margot_04_rev1_2860_lr_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mini_nicholas_04_rev2d4fce_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/automoblox-minis/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/mini_withhand_03_cro2d4fca_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/23/small-news-from-automoblox-minis/">Small news from Automoblox - Minis!</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Thu, 23 Aug 2007 16:29:00 EST. Alix will receive a complete set of <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/">Automoblox toys</a> that includes seven vehicles, an expansion block set and a t-shirt. But now it's time to focus our efforts on the grand prize of the Autoblog After Christmas Sweepstakes: a <strong><a href="http://www.fisher-price.com/us/powerwheels/">Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane</a></strong>! We <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2006/11/10/repairing-childhood-trauma-with-power-wheels-jeep-hurrican/">posted</a> on the Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane a while back because we were in awe over the advancements made in kiddie-sized, battery-powered transportation since we were kids, and a Power Wheels vehicle has long been the one gift that we always wanted under our tree but never got. The Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane features Ultimate Terrain Traction to tackle wet grass with aplomb, a real FM radio, and cup holders! Thanks go out to <a href="http://www.fisher-price.com/us/default.asp">Fisher Price</a> and Power Wheels for supplying this great prize. <br /><br /><strong>Entering to win</strong> the Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane is as easy as the last two sweepstakes in our series. Just leave a comment on this post telling us what's the one gift you always wanted for Christmas but never got. In other words, how has Santa snubbed you? We'll randomly select a comment from the list tomorrow at 3PM and announce the winner. Hopefully one lucky person will have all their childhood issues of neglect repaired in one fell swoop when this Power Wheels Jeep Hurricane arrives at the door. Good luck everyone!<br /><br />Some quick basic rules:<br />
<ul>
    <li>You can enter each of the three drawings once, but you can only win one prize</li>
    <li>You must be 18 years old to enter</li>
    <li>Winners must be a resident of the continental U.S. (we're working on broadening our reach for future sweepstakes, giveaways and contests)</li>
    <li>Prizes will be shipped after all drawings are completed.</li>
</ul>

Patrick Calello, the founder and principle designer of <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/">Automoblox</a>, has released to us exclusive images of his next line of heirloom quality toy cars. Dubbed the <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/whats_next.htm">R-Line</a>, this division of Automoblox will eventually pump out "high performance" versions of current models, like the C9R shown above and the S9R after the jump. Just like Mercedes-Benz has AMG and BMW boasts of an M-division, Automoblox now has the R-Line. What distinguishes the R-line from standard Automoblox models is the addition of go-fast goodies like a deck spoiler, chin spoiler, rear diffuser, and side skirts, all made out of polycarbonate plastic and finished to look like carbon fiber. The wheels will also be larger than stock rims and be wrapped in lower profile rubber. Unfortunately, the R-Line won't be available before mid-2007, so if you were planning on stocking your Christmas tree with Automoblox toys, you can either go for the full set of standard cars or nab the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">l</span><a href="http://www.automoblox.com/c9pmodel.htm">imited edition C9p sports car in pink</a>.<br /><br /><strong>Related posts:</strong><br />

Or is that black is the new black? Whatev. The point is that pink's a hot color. In fact, many of us with kids that lack a Y chromosome (read: daughters) are treated daily to the sight of Barbies with pink hot pants, Hello Kitty notebooks with pink covers and, perish the thought, diapers with pink waistbands. So it's obviously important to expose our impressionable young daughters to car culture as early as possible if we ever hope to raise the next <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danica_Patrick">Danica Patrick</a>, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katherine_Legge">Kathryn Legge</a> or <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashley_Force">Ashley Force</a>, and the best way to do that is to bring together their favorite color and your biggest passion. <a href="http://www.automoblox.com/">Automoblox</a> does just that with its new limited edition pink sportscar, the C9p. It's just like the Automoblox heirloom toys we showed last year, except for the pink plastic greenhouse and pink rubber wheels. Fortunately it's not the hot pink that tends to scar the retinas, but rather a muted, subtler shade that's easy on the eyes. Little ladies, start your imaginary engines. <br /><br />[Source: Automoblox]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2006/10/21/automoblox-c9p-introduces-daddys-little-girl-to-autos/">Automoblox C9p introduces Daddy's little girl to autos</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Sat, 21 Oct 2006 11:09:00 EST.
