Chevy considering entrant into the mini-'ute segment abroad

GM is keeping a close eye on the growing cute 'ute segment abroad, and according to a union leader from the ABVV, the General has already tasked its Antwerp, Belgium factory with building the small SUV in the second half of 2010. The new model, likely to spawn both an Opel and Chevy variant, is expected to take cues from the Trax concept show at last year's New York auto show, and will do battle in Europe with the Fiat Sedici and Suzuki SX4.
