Top Gear Russia debuts, hide the women and vodka

The Russians have succeeded where the Americans have failed: they got a local version of Top Gear on the air. It's got all the familiar elements: fast cars, oddball challenges, timed laps, beautiful shots, beautiful women, explosions, mayhem, and it's even got The Stig, who drives in Russian.
