Click on the image for a gallery of high-res images of the "Last Stingray" This ProTeam Corvette Sting Ray was simply amazing, and deserved the $600,000 it drew as the top bid at Barrett-Jackson on Saturday. The winning bidder received not only the car, but all of the displays and merchandise and rights to the Last Corvette name. The Corvette is on it's sixth generation today, but forty years ago, the 'Vette was nearing the end of the C-2 era.
