Click on the Image for a gallery of high-res images of the Shelby GT Early last year Ford announced that they would be building 500 Shelby GT-H Mustangs that would be available exclusively for rent through selected Hertz rental outlets. The car was patterned after the original Shelby GT350-H that was also available as a Hertz rental in the 1960s. That car like the original was only available with an automatic transmission.
