If there was a perfect technology to inform car owners about potential problems with their vehicles, it would be RSS. The wonderful Real Simple Syndication that keeps us up-to-date on our favorite blogs has caused a lightbulb to illuminate above a few heads at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NTHSA).
