Power and Associate's 2009 navigation system survey, it ranks number two as well. The top ranking system, according to Power's study, is the one found in the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/lincoln+mks/">Lincoln MKS</a>, followed by a nearly identical system (if not 100% identical) in the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/ford+flex/">Ford Flex</a>. And get this, Ford took down <em>five</em> of the top ten spots with the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/ford+f150/">F-150</a> coming in fourth and the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/ford+escape/">Escape</a> and <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/ford+edge/">Edge</a> taking seventh and eighth place, respectively. <br /> <br /> To anyone that's driven a modern Sync-equipped Ford with navigation, these survey results probably won't come as any sort of shock, as FoMoCo has been making some of the best systems in the business ever since they released Sync with <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/sirius+travel+link/">Sirius Travel Link</a>. Here's what Ford user interface design engineer Jason Johnson had to tell us about why Ford got ranked tops:<br /> <blockquote>
<div><em>"I think what really makes our system stand out is the fact it's designed with the user in mind. Yes, it has all the features you'd expect from a high-level navigation system -- the 3-D maps, the digital jukebox, the customizable home screens, and of course we pride ourselves on SYNC and SIRIUS Travel Link -- but it's more than that. This system is easy to use. It's intuitive. The buttons are where you'd expect them to be, the grouping is logical and the graphics are bright and easy to read. Everything is integrated, so it all works together, simply and easily."</em></div>
</blockquote>Non-Ford top ten nav-system finishers include the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/acura+tl/">Acura TL</a> (third), <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/porsche+911/">Porsche 911</a> (fifth), <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/cadillac+cts/">Cadillac CTS</a> (sixth), <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/hyundai+genesis/">Hyundai Genesis </a>(ninth) and <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/infinit+fx/">Infiniti FX-series</a> (tenth). Interestingly, Ford is the only non-luxury/premium brand to make it into the top ten. If you were wondering, seven of the bottom ten nav-systems were made by Toyota, with the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/tag/toyota+avalon/">Avalon</a> finishing dead last. Complete results list and official press release available after the jump.<br /> [Source: <a href="http://www.jdpower.com/corporate/news/releases/pressrelease.aspx?ID=2009249">J.D. <br /> Car magazines do crazy things for money these days. Case in point: <em>Automobile Magazine</em> (and co-testers from sister mag <em>Motor Trend</em>) got roped into an interesting comparison test that you will not be reading in the latest issue. Why? The whole thing lives at <a href="http://www.6versus8.com/showdown/intro/index.html">6versus8.com</a>, a domain set up just to host this single comparison test that highlights the result of Lincoln's bet that its V6-powered MKS EcoBoost can beat some of the best naturally aspirated V8-powered sedans from Europe. <br /> <br /> The test pits the 2010 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost against the Jaguar XF, Mercedes-Benz E550, BMW 550i and Maserati Quattroporte. As you might imagine, the test has to be un-leveled a bit for the MKS EcoBoost to stand a chance. The challenge is a 3.76-mile hill climb up Colorado's Loveland Pass... at 11,900 feet above sea level. Ah, there it is. The MKS EcoBoost makes the least horsepower and is the second heaviest car in this group, but at these elevations, the twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 will maintain its power level while the naturally aspirated V8 engines gasp for breath. <br /> <br /> Pike's Peak champion Rod Millen was hired to drive, the Colorado State Patrol closed off Route 6 in 30-minute intervals for each car's run and a top notch film crew with a helicopter was hired to document the proceedings. Long story short, the grand production produced five videos (you can view them at <a href="http://www.6versus8.com/showdown/intro/index.html">6versus8.com</a> or <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/05/lincoln-mks-ecoboost-earns-second-place-in-6versus8-com-showdown/#continued">after the jump</a>) in which we see the Lincoln MKS EcoBoost claim second place behind the BMW 550i, though it did nab honors for the highest top speed during the hill climb.<br /> <br /> So... back to the original point we were making. It seems to us that this is less editorial than advertorial. <em>Automobile</em> and <em>Motor Trend</em> say they rented the other vehicles for this test because, honestly, would you loan your sedan for a comparison test that was clearly tilted in your opponent's favor? And what did the magazines get in return? From what we can see, two double-page spreads in the current issue of <em>Automobile</em> (and perhaps MT) that we're guessing cost more than enough to cover the price of producing this elaborate "comparison test". And why does it not appear in the magazine itself? Probably because <em>Automobile</em> and <em>Motor Trend</em> don't think it's editorial either.<br /> <br /> <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/05/lincoln-mks-ecoboost-earns-second-place-in-6versus8-com-showdown/#continued">Follow the jump</a> to watch all five videos for yourself and let us know what you think in the comments.<br /> <br /> [Source: <a href="http://www.6versus8.com/showdown/intro/index.html">6versus8.com</a>]<p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/05/lincoln-mks-ecoboost-earns-second-place-in-6versus8-com-showdown/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Lincoln MKS EcoBoost earns second place in 6versus8.com showdown, should we care?</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/05/lincoln-mks-ecoboost-earns-second-place-in-6versus8-com-showdown/">Lincoln MKS EcoBoost earns second place in 6versus8.com showdown, should we care?</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Mon, 05 Oct 2009 15:58:00 EST. <br /> For more years than we care to remember, Lincoln has soldiered on without a competitive large car. Ford's luxury marque finally gave its high-end roster some love for the 2009 model year with the large-and-in-charge MKS. At 204 inches long, the MKS is a Reese's Cup shy of a Navigator, and at 4,305 pounds, our all-wheel drive tester is only 166-pounds lighter than the super-sized Ford Flex.<br /> <br /> When we tested the MKS last year, the relatively modest 3.7-liter V6 left us eagerly anticipating the long-promised twin-turbo EcoBoost variant. The first press samples of the MKS EcoBoost came in the spring, and our brief time with the 355 horsepower sedan at Milan Raceway gave us a newfound appreciation for the big Lincoln. But only a few hours behind the wheel wasn't nearly enough time to fully take in the EcoBoost experience, so we spent a week with Lincoln's Big Easy to see if 355 force-fed ponies catapults the MKS into the realm of the luxury elite. Hit the jump to find out how this latter-day Hot Rod Lincoln fared.<br /> <br /> <br /> <div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2009-lincoln-mks-ecoboost/low/">Review: 2009 Lincoln MKS Ecoboost</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2009-lincoln-mks-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/01-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-review_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2009-lincoln-mks-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/05-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-review_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2009-lincoln-mks-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/02-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-review_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2009-lincoln-mks-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/04-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-review_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2009-lincoln-mks-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/07/03-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-review_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/07/17/review-2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-big-american-luxury-with-a-d/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Review: 2010 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost offers big American luxury with straight line speed</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/07/17/review-2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-big-american-luxury-with-a-d/">Review: 2010 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost offers big American luxury with straight line speed</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 17 Jul 2009 11:55:00 EST. <br /> When the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/07/07/in-the-autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/">2009 Lincoln MKS</a> entered production, it arrived to market with a 273 horsepower, 3.7-liter V6. This made the new luxurious Lincoln a large, loaded, heavy vehicle with the power of a Nissan Altima. When we <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/07/07/in-the-autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/">reviewed the MKS</a>, we liked the newest Lincoln's interior, loved its in-car technology, and found the package itself acceptable to drive, but we were left longing for Ford's seemingly far off twin-turbocharged, direct-inject 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost engine. A vehicle as big as the MKS deserves the extra pop, we figured. <br /> <br />It took a year, but it's finally turbo time at the top of Lincoln's lineup. We already had the pleasure of a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/15/first-drive-2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-and-mks-ecoboost/">first drive with the force-fed MKS</a>, and we found the 4,300-lb all-wheel-drive sedan to be quick and nimble for its size with fuel economy that handily bests its V8-powered competition. But we drove the EcoBoost MKS in the controlled environment of Ford's Romeo Proving Grounds. This time, we were given the chance to drive the EcoBoost MKS at a place where few Lincolns roam: the drag strip. <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/21/drag-racing-with-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway-w-video/">Hit the jump</a> to see how Ford's new hot rod Lincoln handled itself on the track. We have performance numbers and video waiting for you, as well as video and stats for the EcoBoost Ford Flex.<br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway/low/">2010 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost at Milan Dragway</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/mksecoboostdrag000_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/mksecoboostdrag001_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/mksecoboostdrag002_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/mksecoboostdrag003_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/mksecoboostdrag004_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><strong style="font-style: italic;"><small>Photos copyright (C)2009 Chris Shunk / Weblogs, Inc</small></strong><p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/22/drag-racing-with-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway-w-video/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Racing a Lincoln MKS EcoBoost at Milan Dragway [w/VIDEO]</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/22/drag-racing-with-ecoboost-at-milan-dragway-w-video/">Racing a Lincoln MKS EcoBoost at Milan Dragway [w/VIDEO]</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 22 May 2009 11:58:00 EST. <br />For the last year and a half, Ford has repeatedly discussed EcoBoost as its high volume, mainstream technology for reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. While Ford is putting a lot of effort into developing hybrids, plug-in hybrids and battery electric vehicles, the high cost of those technologies will keep volumes low for the near term. Meanwhile, engine downsizing combined with turbocharging and direct fuel injection (GTDI) can cut consumption for a much lower cost. The technology arrives this summer, and while it has a green sheen to it, there's plenty of excitement for gearheads, as we've just learned.<br /> <br /><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-first-drive/2016400/"><img vspace="4" hspace="4" border="1" align="right" alt="" class="right border" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/029_mktecoboost_fd_opt.jpg" /></a> Ford's first GTDI engine is the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 that is set to debut in the Lincoln MKS, MKT, Ford Flex and Taurus SHO. Over the last eight months, Ford has conducted a number of background preview drives with EcoBoost equipped vehicles that we haven't been allowed to discuss. With production starting in the next few weeks, however, Ford allowed us to drive some pilot production examples of the two Lincolns powered by EcoBoost engines at its Romeo Proving Ground in Michigan. This time, we can finally tell you about it and give you a preview of the new MKT.<br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-first-drive/low/">First Drive: 2010 Lincoln MKT EcoBoost</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/000_mktecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/005_mktecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/001_mktecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/002_mktecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/003_mktecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-first-drive/low/">2010 Lincoln MKS EcoBoost - First Drive</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/000_mksecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/001_mksecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/002_mksecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/003_mksecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-ecoboost-first-drive/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/004_mksecoboost_fd_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><strong style="font-style: italic;"><small>Photos copyright (C)2009 Sam Abuelsamid / Weblogs, Inc</small></strong><p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/15/first-drive-2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-and-mks-ecoboost/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>First Drive: 2010 Lincoln MKT EcoBoost and MKS EcoBoost</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/15/first-drive-2010-lincoln-mkt-ecoboost-and-mks-ecoboost/">First Drive: 2010 Lincoln MKT EcoBoost and MKS EcoBoost</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 15 May 2009 11:58:00 EST. <br />We hope to have our very first driving impressions of Ford's new EcoBoost powertrain technology for you later today, but in the meantime, the Blue Oval has just announced that the first vehicle to rely on EcoBoost motivation, the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/12/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-latest-to-get-ecoboost-v6/">2010 MKS</a>, now has a price tag: $47,760 (<span style="font-weight: bold;">*</span>excluding destination and delivery charges).<br /><br />In the case of the MKS, the 3.5-liter direct-injection twin-turbo V6 generates 355 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque - the latter delivered in billiard table-smooth fashion from 1,500 rpm to 5,250 rpm. Paired with a six-speed paddle-shift automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, the force-fed MKS promises lots of gumption to go along with the MKS' already impressive interior tech offerings.<br /><br />Ford says that the EcoBoost MKS will arrive carrying 19-inch alloys, rain-sensing wipers, adaptive HID headlamps with automatic high-beams, an ambient lighting array, and a power rear sunshade. For those looking for more visual differentiation, however, you'll have to wait a bit for the "late availability" MKS Appearance Package (pricing TBD) which includes visual go-faster bits including 20-inch alloys, a different grille, revised aero pieces, and different badging. Inside, the frosting amounts to package-specific seating (sienna with charcoal black seams, black stitching and logo'd headrests), a leather-wrapped wheel, and dual-color backlit sill plates. We'll relay the complete pricing information and options list as it becomes available, but for now, check out the high-res galleries below and the official press release <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/15/new-2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost-to-start-at-47-760/">after the jump</a>.<br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/">Detroit 2009: Lincoln MKS with EcoBoost</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboostlive_01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboostlive_02_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboostlive_03_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboostlive_04_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboostlive_05_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/">2010 Lincoln MKS with EcoBoost</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboost_01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboost_02_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboost_03_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboost_04_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/01/mksecoboost_05_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><em><strong><small>Live Photos copyright (C)2009 </small></strong><small><a href="http://www.drewphillipsphotography.com/"><strong>Drew Phillips</strong></a><strong> / Weblogs, Inc.</strong></small></em><br />[Source: Ford]<p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/15/new-2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost-to-start-at-47-760/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>New 2010 Lincoln MKS with EcoBoost to start at $47,760*</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/05/15/new-2010-lincoln-mks-with-ecoboost-to-start-at-47-760/">New 2010 Lincoln MKS with EcoBoost to start at $47,760*</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 15 May 2009 08:57:00 EST. The spy shot shows a heavily camouflaged prototype with its front and rear end covered. Despite the aversion tactics, we can see a new version of Lincoln's flying wing grille that appears smaller than the current one. AutoWeek points out its similarity to a BMW grille, while we think it looks like the front end of a Pontiac G6 beneath the mesh bra. <br /><br />The MKS lineup will grow by one model this year when Lincoln begins selling it with the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/12/detroit-2009-lincoln-mks-latest-to-get-ecoboost-v6/">3.5L EcoBoost V6</a> that produces 355 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. Some here at Autoblog HQ have posited that Lincoln could (or should) be working on a sportier version of the MKS EcoBoost, kind of like a Taurus SHO for the CEO. This prototype could be something to that effect, but we have nothing to back up our guess but wishful thinking. <br /><br />[Source: <a href="http://www.autoweek.com/article/20090304/carnews/903049993/car-pictures&amp;template=photo">AutoWeek</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/03/06/spy-shots-lincoln-mks-already-under-the-knife/">Spy Shots: Lincoln MKS already under the knife</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 06 Mar 2009 14:58:00 EST. Ford will be second to the game with its new Park Assist system, though the Blue Oval would argue that their system is easier to operate. To use Park Assist, all you need to do is find a spot where you want to park, hit the park assist button behind the shifter, and keep driving until you're prompted to stop and shift into reverse. From there, apply the gas and the brakes while the system steers for you. That's it.<br /><br />We were able to demo Park Assist in an MKS with Ecoboost, and you can see the motion picture for yourself by clicking play on the video above. The system is smack you on the forehead easy, and it'll be available first on the MKS and MKT this summer.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/01/12/detroit-2009-ford-demos-park-assist-system/">Detroit 2009: Ford demos Park Assist system</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Mon, 12 Jan 2009 17:59:00 EST. Its entertainment system's <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/22/first-drive-2008-cadillac-cts-interior-and-infotainment/">recording capability</a> was one of the things that impressed us, and, presumably, the voters. This year, CNET asks its readers to <a href="http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13746_7-10121516-48.html?part=rss&amp;tag=feed&amp;subj=Crave">choose between</a> three imports and two domestics, none of which are Cadillacs. <br /><br />BMW's <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/04/25/pics-aplenty-bmw-m3-convertible/">M3 Convertible </a>DCT gets a spot on the ballot with its dual-clutch transmission. The <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/07/23/in-the-autoblog-garage-2009-nissan-gt-r/">Nissan GT-R</a> shows up again, as you might expect with its cabin full of g-whiz electronics, from the in-dash performance computer to the quick-loading navigation. Lincoln makes the list for its THX-equipped <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/07/07/in-the-autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/">MKS</a> and <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/02/20/in-the-autoblog-garage-2008-infiniti-ex35/">Infiniti's EX35</a> Journey gets recognized for its lane-departure warning system and park-assist cameras. <br /><br />The biggest surprise, though, is the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/13/2009-dodge-ram-priced-from-22-170/">Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie</a>. The pachyderm-sized pickup impressed the CNET judges with its UConnect multimedia system which includes a 30GB hard drive, Bluetooth hands-free system, SIRIUS TV and rear seat DVD player. <br /><br />The winner will be announced the second week of January to coincide with the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas.<br /><br />[Source: <a href="http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13746_7-10121516-48.html?part=rss&amp;tag=feed&amp;subj=Crave">CNET</a>]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/12/12/cnet-announces-nominees-for-tech-car-of-the-year/">CNET announces nominees for Tech Car of the Year</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Fri, 12 Dec 2008 08:28:00 EST. <div align="center"><strong><em><small>2009 Lincoln MKS - Click above for high-res image gallery</small></em></strong><br /></div>
<br />The 2009 Lincoln MKS may be the marque's last chance at establishing a distinct image after two decades of struggling to find its identity. At one time Lincoln, like its counterparts at Cadillac, stood apart from lesser vehicles with unique styling, powertrains and features that clearly delineated its place in the automotive hierarchy. Not that Mark IVs, Vs and VIs were high-water marks in design, but at least when you saw one rolling down the road, you knew you were looking at a Lincoln.<br /><br />But the Continentals of the '80s marked the onset of Lincoln's utterly forgettable image, and when Ford went on a buying binge in the late '80s with Jaguar, continuing through the '90s with Volvo, Aston Martin, and Land Rover, the waters began to be seriously muddied. The creation of the Premier Automotive Group, which bundled all the premium brands together, did nothing to help Lincoln's outlook, so Ford's in-house luxury brand needed a fresh start. With the dissolution of PAG, Peter Horbury and the team went back to the drawing board to define a look that would shout "Lincoln!" for years to come. Read on to find out if the MKS succeeds.<br /><br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/low/">Review: 2009 Lincoln MKS</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/07/lincoln-mks-1280-08_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/07/lincoln-mks-1280-02_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/07/lincoln-mks-1280-01_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/07/lincoln-mks-1280-03_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2008/07/lincoln-mks-1280-04_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><em><strong><small>Photos Copyright (C)2008 Sam Abuelsamid / Weblogs, Inc.</small></strong></em><p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/07/07/in-the-autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>Review: 2009 Lincoln MKS</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/07/07/in-the-autoblog-garage-2009-lincoln-mks/">Review: 2009 Lincoln MKS</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Mon, 07 Jul 2008 12:35:00 EST. Ford design director Peter Horbury leads Ford's North American design, so responsibility for both beauties and beasts will rest firmly on his English shoulders. We had the opportunity to spend some time with Horbury and learn more about his plans for both Ford and Lincoln, and as usual the eloquent designer didn't disappoint. Hit play on the video above to hear what Horbury had to say about future European Fords in the U.S., global design, and the future of Ford interiors.<br /><br /><a href="http://videos.streetfire.net/video/2010-Ford-Mustang-GT-Spy_164562.htm">Click here</a> if embedded video above does not work.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/06/04/video-autoblog-talks-design-with-ford-director-peter-horbury/">VIDEO: Autoblog talks design with Ford Director Peter Horbury</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Wed, 04 Jun 2008 11:59:00 EST. Derrick Kuzak, Ford's Lutz, has intimated to <em>Car &amp; Driver</em> that rear wheel drive remains part of Lincoln's plans, and that there's a new FR car under development. While the big news at Lincoln lately is the MKS, that car's fan base will likely not know what <a href="http://www.international-auto.com/index.cfm/fa/p/pid/1838/sc/8140">stringbacks</a> are. <br /><br />Last year's hotness, the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/07/12/live-from-dearborn-driving-the-lincoln-mkr-concept/">MKR</a>, was based on modified Mustang underpinnings, so perhaps that's what's coming. Or, Ford could be looking at the new global RWD platform that's being developed in Australia, though that seems unlikely. It would be expensive to build a car in Oz and shipping would add another layer of expense, too. The MKS is a good start for Ford's plan of more Lincoln sales volume. It's nice looking, the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/06/detroit-2008-ford-launches-ecoboost-gas-turbo-direct-injection/">EcoBoost</a> motor will shove you back into the seat, and even the unboosted 3.5 is a great match for the chassis. For all that, the MKS probably won't have what it takes to sway drivers with enthusiast desires, but such a car could definitely slot nicely in the lineup. <br /><br />Thanks for the tip, Zac!<br /><br />[Source: Car &amp; Driver]<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2008/01/12/lincoln-returning-to-rwd-too/">Lincoln returning to RWD, too</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Sat, 12 Jan 2008 16:29:00 EST. We saw the production <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/11/frankfurt-2007-ferrari-f430-scuderia-debut-almost-scrubbed/">F430 Scuderia</a>, the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/11/frankfurt-2007-the-2008-lamborghini-reventon/">Reventon</a>, the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/15/vws-up-could-be-coming-to-the-states/">Up!</a>, and many other vehicles that first caught the public eye in Germany two months earlier. LA had its share of world debuts, like the all-new <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/14/la-2007-toyota-debuts-the-2008-sequoia/">Sequoia</a>, the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/09/leakage-09-nissan-murano-pics-hit-the-forums/">Nissan Murano</a>, and the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/14/la-2007-2009-lincoln-mks-brings-new-look-to-american-luxury/">Lincoln MKS</a>. We looked over all the world debuts and came up with a video of our top five new introductions of the 2007 LA Auto show. The full-sized sedan will be initially launched with FWD, but will offer AWD as a cost option (and a turbo gas engine with direct injection), and will start at $37,985. That price, Mark Fields was sure to tell us, is $5,000 less than a Cadillac STS V6. Even fully optioned, the MKS won't touch $50,000, which puts it at $5,000 under a similarly-equipped Lexus GS350 and Acura RL. Check the 'value' box, then, will you?<br /><br />Designed by Peter Horbury (ex of Volvo), the car has "jewel-like headlamps, well proportioned athleticism," stainless steel accents, and a host of other design cliches. However, it also has some novel design touches. And it's got the only 20-inch wheels as standard in its class. The overall shape of the car looks good from the side -- and it's even better if you're a fan of stainless steel accents (it <em>is</em> a Lincoln, after all) -- and we are terrifically happy to see a car make it from concept to showroom with a standard set of wheel-well-filling rims. The rear end genuinely interests us, with Euro-Asian cues and a raked rear window that truncates the trunk profile making us think (forgive us) Sebring Done Right. <br /><br />Follow the jump for more, including video of the live reveal in LA.<p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/14/la-2007-the-marvelous-2009-lincoln-mks-revealed-live-video/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>LA 2007: 2009 Lincoln MKS revealed live [VIDEO]</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/14/la-2007-the-marvelous-2009-lincoln-mks-revealed-live-video/">LA 2007: 2009 Lincoln MKS revealed live [VIDEO]</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Wed, 14 Nov 2007 13:48:00 EST. To put it lightly, the brand has struggled to find it's place in the automotive landscape. The vehicles from Ford's premium domestic division haven't had a coherent look since the early '80s. Several of its models, such as the LS and the Navigator, have sold well at times, but the absence of a Lincoln DNA hasn't helped. In 2006, North American Design chief Peter <span suggestions="Hobey,Rebury,Hoebart,Bury,Harbour" class="misspell">Horbury</span> set about changing all that. He gave his team the task of examining past Lincolns to determine what set them apart. <br /><br />The first new model intended to set Lincoln on it's path to rebirth is the 2009 MKS, which is making its debut in production form at the LA Auto Show later today. The MKS first appeared as <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2006/01/09/lincoln-mks-specs-and-pics/">a concept</a> at the 2006 Detroit Auto Show. It's based on the same platform as the Ford 500/Taurus, which originated at Volvo under the S80/<span suggestions="XX,CC,XCI,XV,C" class="misspell">XC</span>90. When the concept first appeared it was reasonably well received as a pleasant if not daring design for the marque. Subsequently, <span suggestions="Hobey's,Hoebart's,Harbour's,Hobart's,Harry's" class="misspell">Horbury's</span> team began its quest for the soul of Lincoln and came up with a list of seven elements that would be part of future Lincoln designs. Most of these appeared on the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/07/12/live-from-dearborn-driving-the-lincoln-mkr-concept/">2007 MKR</a> concept that we saw in Detroit. While most of the MKS was already locked in for production, after the show Ford management made the decision to adopt one of most prominent elements from the new MKR concept, its grille. <br /><br />[Source: Lincoln]<br /><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/la-2007-lincoln-mks/low/">2009 Lincoln MKS</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/la-2007-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/07mkslive_0010_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/la-2007-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/07mkslive_0013_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/la-2007-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/07mkslive_0014_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/la-2007-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/07mkslive_0016_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/la-2007-lincoln-mks/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/07mkslive_0018_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/14/la-2007-2009-lincoln-mks-brings-new-look-to-american-luxury/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>LA 2007: 2009 Lincoln MKS brings new look to American luxury</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/14/la-2007-2009-lincoln-mks-brings-new-look-to-american-luxury/">LA 2007: 2009 Lincoln MKS brings new look to American luxury</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Wed, 14 Nov 2007 00:01:00 EST. A sharp-eyed reader, however, has caught the car in the middle of filming again, whether for the movie or for a commercial we don't know, and has graciously shared his snaps with us. <br /> <br /> A bit clearer than the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/09/04/spy-shots-lincoln-mks-in-the-buff-on-the-set-of-batman/">last on-set images of the MKS</a> we showed you, these pics reveal in clear detail Lincoln's new big sedan. The design appears extremely clean and sharp. Up front is the split-wing grille that promises to soon become a familiar design cue across the entire Lincoln line. The side of the car is very smooth with an indent near the bottom that's highlighted with a chrome strip. Check out the size of the rear window opening, however, which seems pretty small to us. The rear end, meanwhile, has a look that will take us some time to get used to, but doesn't necessarily detract from what we see as a very slick overall design. <br /> <br /> Thanks to Jason A. for the pics!<br /> <br /> <div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots-ii/low/">2009 Lincoln MKS - spy shots II</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots-ii/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/image_017-copy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots-ii/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/image_016-copy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots-ii/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/image_020-copy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots-ii/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/11/image_019-copy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /> <div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/">2009 Lincoln MKS - spy shots</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/mksspya_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/n82701256_30383473_1628a_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/n82701256_30383478_3291a_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/n82701256_30383559_1814a_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/2009-lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/09/n82701256_30383560_2065a_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/11/04/spy-shots-2009-lincoln-mks-spotted-filming-again/">Spy Shots: 2009 Lincoln MKS spotted filming again</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Sun, 04 Nov 2007 19:01:00 EST. These shots don't get any clearer, with the front fascia, back end and everything in between fully exposed for the gawking.<br /><br />The front end is significantly toned-down from the concept version that made its <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2006/01/09/lincoln-mks-specs-and-pics/">debut earlier in the year</a>, but it still holds onto many of the elements that made the MKR a success. Alan was unsure of what the disguised prototype was, but we're able to clear that up. It's the 2009 Lincoln MKS, which, if we had to guess, will bow in January at the Detroit Auto Show. When Ford reveals the car, expect to see Lincoln's new winged grille up front, as well as a <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/01/07/detroit-auto-show-ford-officially-debuts-twinforce-engine-line/">TwinForce</a> V6 in the top-end model's engine bay. Both were previewed on the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/01/01/officially-official-embargo-lifts-on-lincoln-mkr-concept/">2007 MKR concept</a>. Until the big day, however, it will continue skulking about Michigan looking like a Taurus wearing a couple of really extreme bras.<br /><br />You can check out the other spy pics we've picked up along the way, as well as shots of the original concept in the galleries below. <p>At Ford's 2008 model year introduction event, group vice president for global product development Derek Kuzak mentioned that the same Twin-Force technology the Blue Oval unveiled at the 2007 Detroit Auto Show in the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/01/07/detroit-auto-show-lincoln-mkr-rolls-into-the-spotlight/">MKR concept</a> will soon be available on production models. Even better, Kuzak says the twin boost will result in fuel efficiency on par with comparably sized diesels. Ford has more powertrain plans, too, as the folks from Dearborn, MI usher in the best of 2003 with a manual-mode "Power Shift" automatic transmission, and multiple displacement V8s. </p>
<p>Ford has been playing catch-up in the competitive powertrain department for years, and these new technologies will go a long way toward Ford leveling the playing field. The Twin-Force technology in particular seems very exciting, with high horsepower and above average fuel economy promised. We'll believe the diesel-like fuel economy claim when we see it, though, since diesels come with turbochargers too, and oil burners are just more efficient than gasoline powertrains.</p>

The first thing we noticed is that the production interior retains many of the shapes, lines and styling cues from the interior of the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-concept/217601/">Lincoln MKS Concept</a> that debuted at the 2006 Detroit Auto Show. The center channel speaker atop the dash, the four large air vents, the metal trim accenting the sides of the center console are all examples of what Lincoln designers decided to port over directly from the concept. Whereas the concept's dash was awash entirely in buttery soft beige and brown leather, the production interior adds a wood accent bar that spans the width of the dashboard and is repeated on the steering wheel (and likely the door trim). It appears that the top of the production MKS dash, however, will still be covered in leather, as stitching is clearly visible in these spy shots. The center console, however, is devoid of any expressive styling, instead relying on the corporate parts bin to fill the space allotted with buttons and dials. Overall we agree with KGP's assessment that while tasteful and pleasant, the interior of the Lincoln MKS sedan will have a difficult time measuring up to the new standard set by the <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/01/08/detroit-auto-show-2008-cadillac-cts-revealed/">2008 Cadillac CTS</a>.<br /><br />Check out the gallery below for high-res spy shots of the 2009 Lincoln MKS interior, as well as more spy shots of the luxury sedan's exterior. <br /><br />[Photos: KGP Photography]<br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/">Lincoln MKS - spy shots</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/08/linkmks_readerspy_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/06/lincolnmks.hl2.kgp.ed_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/06/lincolnmks.int1.kgp.ed_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/06/lincolnmks.fc.kgp.ed_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-spy-shots/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/06/lincolnmks.rp.kgp.ed_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><br /><div class="postgallery"><p><strong>Gallery: <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-concept/low/">Lincoln MKS Concept</a></strong></p><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-concept/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/04/dscn2176_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-concept/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/04/dscn2179_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-concept/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/04/dscn2180_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-concept/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/04/dscn2183_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/photos/lincoln-mks-concept/low/"><img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/04/dscn2215_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" /></a></div><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2007/06/13/spy-shots-interior-of-the-2009-lincoln-mks/">Spy Shots: Interior of the 2009 Lincoln MKS</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.autoblog.com">Autoblog</a> on Wed, 13 Jun 2007 13:02:00 EST.
