6American Le Mans Series Ferraris switch to cellulosic E85

This weekend's round of the American Le Mans Series at Miller Motorsports park in Utah will see the four Ferrari F430 GTs of Extreme Speed Motorsports and Risi Racing switch from running on an E10 ethanol/gasoline blend to using cellulosic E85. With this change, 10 of the 13 cars running in GT2 will be using the second-generation biofuel. Peugeot has confirmed that for the second year in a row it will be sending its 908 HDi prototypes to Atlanta in September for the Petit Le Mans. Peugeot will be looking to follow up their victory at Le Mans last June with their first win at the ALMS flagship race. In France, Peugeot had a resounding victory over Audi's new R15 TDIs but, so far, the biggest competition in Atlanta will be the LMP1 Acuras.
