SRT Auto Show Coverage
SRT stands for Street & Racing Technology. What began as a group within Chrysler tasked with developing specialty vehicles like the Viper and Prowler (the group was originally called Specialty Vehicle Engineering) later grew to become the automaker's in-house performance vehicle development group. SRT has today become its own brand within Chrysler that continues to tune vehicles for each of the company's brands, as well as offer its own vehicle, the iconic Viper.
