Sparks fly: Fisker sues Tesla back {Autoblog}
May 14th 2008 1:42PM Enough with all of this damn suing and politics! Just mass produce the freakin' product already.
Seriously it does not matter who started what, just deliver or I will have to just rely on Aptera.
Production of Tata Nano could be delayed due to land dispute {Autoblog}
May 14th 2008 9:35AM For those of you that just don't care do us a favor and either just don't click on this page or any subjects relating to the Nano or go back to Jalopnik.com so you can talk about your old gas guzzling, aging, rusting hunks of junk or who's got the biggest truck.
Your idiotic careless comments just prove how small minded you are when it comes to the rest of the world.
Toyota Alphard gets facelift, Vellfire sibling {Autoblog}
May 13th 2008 2:45PM Aren't most of you, especially in NA, sick and tired of seeing just the average ordinary blandifying boring automobiles on the US & Canadian market? Ex 08 Dodge/Chrysler minivans.
Well this to me is a much pleasant change from the god awful ordinary. Seriously some of you should try to learn to adapt to new designs like what is seen here and also sold in Europe & Asia or cars in NA will always look like cars of the 90's with either a nip and tuck job, added lipstick (more chrome) or going on the American Micky Dees diet (Gaining weight and having notable size increases)
We all complain about wanting change but when it happens it becomes way too scary for some or feel like they need to go back to that "safety zone". It's no wonder why Europe, Australia, and Asia always have more cooler stuff than we do in NA. Of course I know you can't convince everyone, especially those cronies that still either cry over the loss of boxy ugly 60's, 70's, and 80's cars, still drive Crown Vics, older Buicks, and Town Cars and love them, or just plain hard headed and that's fine. The rest of you who still like to use both sides of your mind should learn to try and accept and possibly even adapt to newer (or unfamiliar) auto designs. If that was to happen then maybe we would not have such design disasters like the 2008 Focus or the Ford Taurus/500.
Confirmed: Nissan/Renault developing low-cost Nano-killer with Bajaj {Autoblog}
May 13th 2008 8:47AM John with your such ignorant retarded 1 sided low IQ mind it's people like you who should be sentenced to ride a seatless bicycle for commuting. You should not be allowed to operate anything that depends on more than 38oz of oil.

May 12th 2008 2:34PM I have noticed that there are a lot of races to the bottom these days. This is also like in the IT world how companies are racing to produce the absolute smallest and cheapest sub-notebook computer.
All I can say is at least Tata is developing this car for their citizens who cannot afford a Corolla or an Accent (keeping in mind that Hyundai is not exactly as cheap on price in other countries as they are here in the US). Tata is doing this while keeping their citizen's best interest to heart vs the other companies which are doing this for greed and pure profit by unloading cheap junk at a cheap value.
Enter the Rumormill: Ford considering F-100 small pickup {Autoblog}
May 12th 2008 2:19PM This is BS and I really don't see this being a good idea at all. it's kind of like the current grown up Nissan Frontier compared to the Titan. Both of them are almost the same size which makes it totally ridiculous. Now Ford thinks those of us that are looking for an updated Ranger, Tacoma, or the next small compact Pickup alternative are going to go crazy over this ..F-100??
What kind of boneheads working at Ford can't understand "UPDATE THE FREAKIN' RANGER" It's not the right time, place, nor a smart financial decision to create a truck based on possibly the F150 designed 3-4 generations ago.
Yet another stupid so called "bold moves" decision by Ford. Way to piss off your capital. If numbskulls can't in their right mind design a new Ranger then for heavens sake bring us the Ranger sold in Europe and everywhere else except here and/or the Mazda BT-50. I would gladly pay $25,000+ for one of those.
I would even gladly purchase a newly updated USDM Ranger but again it looks like I will have to wait for either the Chinese or Indian companies to produce my ideal compact pickup truck. It's either that or i will just have to suck it up and shell out big bucks for a Tacoma.

If you own this, you should probably be ordering the salad {Autoblog}
May 9th 2008 4:23PM Dude the headline means that maybe you should check out your weight on the scale, if you don't break it first, try to cut back on the fries and eat a salad so you don't have to complain about sitting in a back seat of a Corolla or not being able to fit your huge belly in just 1 seat on an airline.
Hyundai exec talks engine sharing with Mercedes-Benz {Autoblog}
May 9th 2008 4:11PM Even though I know there are and will always be disgruntled 1st gen Hyundai buyers and just plain haters of the company, like it or not Hyundai is growing faster than any other automotive company on the market. Also believe it or not the Chinese automotive companies will soon follow, now that they have learned from their mistakes. Hyundai has already became one of my top favorite companies.
My main reason for favoring Hyundai, aside from rapidly expanding technology knowledge to improving quality measures, they actually listen to consumers like you and I unlike ANY of the domestics. Also they have a good niche market since their cars are less costly over the other foreign competition.
Toyota expecting profit drop in 2008 {Autoblog}
May 9th 2008 9:56AM Before these comments continue let's all try to be a little mature and cut out the anti-foreign or anti-domestic automotive comments as it has absolutely nothing to do with what this post is about.
Posting how much you hate Toyota or any other company, how much a company sucks, how ugly a car they produce, or whatever negative comments here only proves that you know nothing about economics and are truly ignorant.
These are hard times for everyone, not just Toyota. Businesses all over the country are suffering except healthcare. People are talking about recession, the credit crisis, and mortgage crisis is keeping (and teaching) most people from spending money that they just don't have and may never have. Definitely the talk about buying a new car to most is truly preposterous when their finances are at stake, which in turn most auto dealers, as well as any sale field, will suffer.
I myself still drive my 99 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 and probably still will continue to drive it until I know that I the average car payment of whatever I choose to buy next I can afford to make 3-4 car payments in 1 month's total income. This mostly means that I prefer to save my money for retirement, vacations, and property in another country and spend only when necessary rather than to be broke the rest of my life trying to impress others with big houses, big cars...etc.
