Mar 1st 2008 10:34AM iIt seems there is almost a 50/50 split with comments. I for one withheld judgement until I saw a final product. I have read from a post elsewhere that its been years since the production of its name sake...I should know because I own a 1981 rocco s. I do agree that it may be alittle heavy on the gti dna, But in general i think its a good evolution...the interior is well....modern vw, take it or leave it....what is great about the big 2 ( subbie and Mitsu) and VW is the after market arena is Huge. do what you want with this car. I wish it was her instead of the phaeton, but the bean counters won this battle. I think it will make it here someday. after the a redesign or vw works on there service department ..LOL by the way im a fanboy but not owned by vw

Feb 4th 2008 9:39AM This behavior is nothing new in Espania..but a few rouge fans and a laz'e fair attituted by spanish authorities and a very "colorful" press have allowed this to grow to its current state. FIA can and should show Spanish fans and any other venue that this is not the kind of face the sport needs... Its bad enough that car owners may share these feelings. Look and soccer and other sports and the issues they have had to deal with. Nip it now. How you feel about people outside your race is your own opinion... but know this...there is a price to pay for voicing.

Tiger Woods and Shummi....these guys breath rare air..that includes Alonso. Have you ever hung out with a modern baseball player? College football player?
