Aug 29th 2007 5:35PM I sincerely do hope that they keep the click-wheel, or some sort of mechanical input (even just buttons) instead of going all touchscreen.

Why? Because it would suck to have to light up my iPod and look at it when I'm listening to music in bed, just to skip to the next track. Or to adjust the volume.

Also, maybe it's just me, but I still think that my 4G 20Gb iPod is still the best form-factor/drive capacity combo there is. Small enough to not be bulky, and with enough capacity to fit my music library (at least the bits that matter).

Does anybody feel the same?

Jul 31st 2007 10:39PM The best scene is when the full spartan army walks towards the camera in slow motion with a fantastic heavy background music (in the OST CD, the track is "Fever Dream"). The contrast with the calm of the preceding scene (portraying the spartan camp, the night before the fight, and the silent hope of the king) also adds to the effect. It is a perfect visual depiction of the strength and bravery of those man, fierce like lions, born to be on the battlefield. I had goosebumps when I saw that scene in the theater!

Legality of GPS-based speed camera detectors in UK reaffirmed {Autoblog}

Mar 13th 2006 5:04PM I actually admire the english transport minister. He is making it clear that it is a GOOD thing for drivers to know where speed cameras are.
They are a speeding deterrent in dangerous areas, and if you know where they are, you will not be speeding in those areas. Makes perfectly sense and I totally agree with their position on the whole matter

Mar 8th 2006 7:43PM I've always thought about how uncomfortable seatbelts must be for women. And it's about time someone invented something to fix that!
