More details on the 2009 Ford Focus {Autoblog}

May 13th 2008 7:50PM Okay, fair enough. I apologize if I read you wrong. But strong sales don't make this a pretty car, it just means a lot of people don't give a damn what this car looks like.

May 13th 2008 7:43PM It's a big improvement on the sedan, but that's like saying... oh hell, I can't think of anything witty. This is still fugly. I'm sorry. I like the Stang, Edge, Fusion, et al from Ford, but this == fail. Why Ford won't bring the very-good-looking Euro Focus hatch over is anyone's guess, but I guess that horse has done been beat.

May 1st 2008 10:27AM Needs chrome fender lips and curb feelers to truly complete the bling. And maybe one more inlet below the grill for a nice round three.

Awful.

Apr 26th 2008 11:11AM Totally agree! A drop-top M3 definitely reflects a new-found sense of image-consciousness at BMW.

Apr 26th 2008 11:09AM +1. Also, if you like the GT-R you're a riceboy, if you like the Z06/ZR1 you're a redneck; those two seem to be real common lately.

The Uragano handbuilt Italian supercar {Autoblog}

Apr 22nd 2008 8:14AM I dunno. Does someone have to be an engineer to call this a horribly ugly Frankenstein of a car? Why? We don't have to qualify compliments. And what makes this 'super' anyhow? Superior fit and finish on the coachwork? Hand-built engine? Krylon paint-job? The Audi plant?

Yeah... I haven't ever attempted to build my own car, and this is why. IMHO, car-building is best left to those who can afford quality fabrication. Mad respect to the guy for assembling this, but not for letting his six year-old write the name on the hood in Sharpie. Time would've been better spent on a Bradley GT.
