Man charged with threatening Big 2.5 auto execs {Autoblog}
Mar 30th 2007 6:16PM Owen,
I don’t think Bryan was talking about Americans being brainwashed by the Japanese automakers. I think he was just referring to the majority of the general population and how they are brainwashed with messed up values and beliefs. I mean, how else could G. Dubya win an election for presidency twice?
Go France! I’ll take a nice Peugeot any day of the week.
PS
Go BIG 3! (at least Ford and GM)
Diet driving: Low-calorie diet produces false positives for alcohol {Autoblog}
Mar 20th 2007 10:26PM As usual...PEOPLE CAN'T SPELL WORDS CORRECTLY ON THE INTERNET OR TAKE A SECOND TO REREAD THEIR POSTS, BUT STILL THINK THEY ARE SMARTER THAN OTHERS.
Example: "Different diets make a person's breathe and body odor change. And a low-calorie diet can make you light-headed...so maybe you won't pass that field sobriety test"
dictionary.com says...
breathe-to take air, oxygen, etc., into the lungs and expel it; inhale and exhale; respire.
breath-the air inhaled and exhaled in respiration.
I believe the word that poster #6 was looking for was breath. The poster did try though, so you have to at least give them credit for that.
