May 16th 2008 8:11PM Back in the 70s my mom had a Grand LeMans coupe and this is the car I remember the most from my childhood. On top of that when the Smokey and the Bandit movies hit the movie theaters with the black Firebird helped me treasure the brand. It is so sad that over the years Pontiac built so many lame cars and the ones that could have done something, Fiero, were not supported by GM. The G8 looks like a winner but with fuel prices so high this car came to market too late and I have to say that Pontiac days may be numbered.

May 15th 2008 1:22PM The Opel van we have in our USAF base overseas is identical to the Renault/Nissan van that the contractors use on the base. Is this the van we are talking about? The Opel is pretty good with fuel consumption but the plastics have cheap feel but looks good for the type of vehicle. We also have some MB vans and they work pretty well too.

May 3rd 2008 11:19PM Ford no debe dejar a Volvo pero si creo que la marca Mercury debe desaparacer. Los modelos Mercury tienden a ser mas lujosos que los Ford pero no tienen identidad. Lo mejor es usar esos recursos y hacer los modelos Ford tan elegantes como los Mercury y combinar los dealers Ford-Lincoln.
