Apr 25th 2008 1:08PM i think that was a tour bus, my dad went on a similar bus tour at Chrysler's (i think it was anyway) test track when he was going to Motec in the late 70's. the bus driver would get in just the right spot on the banking to hold the bus in the turn at a given speed and then take his hands off the wheel and start talking to the tour group.

Apr 24th 2008 1:41PM the majority of sequential gearboxes used in racing are the correct way, away from the dash to upshift, toward it to downshift. very few car companies get this right since the majority of people would think it is backwards. the one E46 m3 that i have driven that had the SMG gearbox worked like this, and also Mine's sells a conversion for automatic 350Z's nd G35's to swap the direction of the shift to the correct way.
