Motorcyclist saved from serious injury by Airbag Jacket {Autoblog}
Oct 18th 2007 9:58PM The good thing is that the smart riders will buy them along with helmets, further increasing their survival rate and we'll still be able to maintain our donor organ supply from the dumb ones who ride with no protective gear.

GoLoco: The craziest carpooling invention since the Internet {Autoblog}
Apr 24th 2007 6:33PM As soon as you charge money for transporting a passenger you become a commercial driver in the eyes of an auto insurance company correct? Canada's new budget will add $4,000 tax to SUVs {Autoblog}
Mar 22nd 2007 3:45PM DSkinner, it's very simple. Canadians don't need an SUV for navigating in poor weather. Come to snowy areas like Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City or the East Coast and you'll see far more cars with 4 snow tires than you will SUV's. Maybe we're a little more practical than our friends to the south. I can live with the sliding tax on SUV's. Heck, when I was a kid all the families I knew had Olds Vista Cruiser or Chrysler Newport station wagons. My next vehicle will probably be a station wagon like a Volvo XC70 or an Audi Allroad.

Consumer Reports names pair to review child seat tests {Autoblog}
Feb 14th 2007 6:54PM So, only 2 seats passed the more stringent tests. Am I correct in saying that those 2 seats should be coveted by parents looking for all the safety they can get for a child?
