Jun 15th 2007 11:26AM I had the same kind of deal with Mercedes of Manhattan - warranty Cat replacement came with a $5500 estimate to fix all wrong things they found on my car (leaking trans, diff, oil pan blah blah). Too bad I had my car serviced at a different dealer earlier that year after a tranny flush and diff flush and specifically asked if anything was leaking. Nothing was... and I have it on paper.
