Feb 20th 2008 8:44AM The size of the congestion zone is really, really small. If you live in London or know the city you wouldn't even think of driving a car in these areas anyway. The only vehicles you see around here are taxis, buses, white vans, and s-classes for the upper crust. "Normal people" wouldn't be driving in this area anyway and, even from a petrol-head's point of view, I really don't see the problem with it. I'd rather drive my car out in the countryside.

It's pretty much just Zone 1 of Central London.
