Apr 1st 2008 10:46AM I worked for a dealership that bought a Lexus franchise back in '89. Management made it clear when the first shipment of cars came in that the lot boys were not to drive them - sales staff and mechanics only. It pissed us off but in retrospect it was the smart thing to do. Apparently it still is!

Mark my words, we won't get flared fenders, brake ducts, lower character lines, aggressive front and rear fascias, and a funky hood. I could care less about the hood but without the rest of those things this car is just way too boring to look at.

What's really stupid are the licence plate FRAMES (usually chrome) that have the make on the top and the model on the bottom. Like it's not on the back of the car already! Lame.
