Jul 22nd 2008 2:12PM Good luck Ryan - i look forward to seeing how your new site does and will certainly add it to my daily readings when it comes online.

Take some time off ;)

Jul 19th 2008 9:56AM I see what you did there attacking OSX as "lesser". Why don't you just appreciate the success of the operating system you and enjoy and not attack the other major operating systems.

Jul 17th 2008 7:49PM I really think that this topic has more grammatically incorrect posts than any i have seen in a while...

Radiohead's 'House of Cards' video gets 3D, interactive, and extremely trippy {Engadget}

Jul 16th 2008 1:20AM That is really cool. I really love the whole thing, not sure if it really relates to the lyrics but i really didn't care because the song was good and the the video was great too.

'Official' iPhone firmware 2.0 now available for download, seriously, for real {Engadget}

Jul 11th 2008 7:42PM I found it online somewhere and it works well enough, it is a bit laggy at times though (mimicing the lag that the original iphone had in some situations) but overall it isn't half bad.

Jul 7th 2008 7:44PM I am definitely not someone who appreciates older "classics" and so that may have biased my opinion of that paint job leaning me somewhere between "ugly" and "what the heck were they thinking when they decided to waste money on that paint scheme"

BlackBerry Thunder's new OS pictured? Maybe not. {Engadget}

Jul 7th 2008 7:38PM i would like to see the rest of the interface before passing any judgment on the phone. My biggest problem with blackberry is having to pay 40$ a month for corporate email... that is quite a bit more than the 15$ a month i can get the internet for on just any old WM phone and use it's built in exchange support.

OS X-installing EFiX device gets a price, release date {Engadget}

Jul 5th 2008 10:22PM Because i like the way my MBP works and looks right now. I personally think that it looks better than most window's based laptops and the form factor is just astoundingly good for my purposes. Then there is the "oh s*** factor" that comes with anything that isn't natively built for the platform - i cannot have my laptop decide that a driver isnt just right for a program in the field or in the middle of finals.

I took part in OSX86 as it was beginning and it was fun then, heck, i still have it for some playing around and maybe it has gotten to be a bit more stable, but it just didn't seem stable enough for me to invest in.

So i guess i am just an idiot who likes to drop a lot of money on a laptop and got ripped off by apple but I still think it was worth it and i still recommend MBP to all of my friends. So that is why it is still a good idea for some of us to purchase macs.
